Although, I haven’t exchanged contracts yet, my experience so far with Haart has been really good! Very friendly, accommodating and helpful both to myself and my potential buyers. They’ve always been professional and have kept me updated on the progress of viewings - with texts & emails to confirm appointments and feedback calls afterwards. I’ve given them 4 stars for valuation, as I felt that they slightly overvalued my property initially - I think that was more through enthusiasm than anything negative. I needed a quick sale, because I’d already found somewhere to buy myself, and this over valuation may have slowed down interest in my property in the first week (as the market had changed and there was lots of reduced, competitive properties on the market) - HOWEVER, we discussed the pricing and it was sorted quickly. Again, if I was playing the ‘long game’ it may have been a good strategy. Overall… I know that I definitely made the right choice with Haart and would recommend them 100% :)... Read more
