Jason and the team at Abbots, Rayleigh are friendly and professional and their prices are extremely competitive. We have rented out a property (as Landlords) twice with them now. The last being as lockdown was easing. They worked meticulously and fast to ensure our new tenants could move in ASAP. At such a difficult time, we really appreciated the effort and hard work that was put in they had limited resources at the time. Nick Webber - Branch Manager - was my contact throughout the whole process and he was a pleasure to deal with. If I needed to contact Nick he was always available, either by email or phone. Buying a property is meant to be a stressful task however Nick totally removed this which allowed me to handle the logistical side of the move.

I've dealt with most of the team in the branch, but mostly Nick and Melissa, both of whom have been fantastic in looking after selling my property, to currently seeing it through to exchange and completion. Abbotts got me more viewings in 6 weeks than my previous agent found me in 6 months. They provided excellent marketing material for the property and quickly found me a buyer. And then Covid happened... despite this the team came back on board as soon as they were allowed and Steve and Natasha worked wonders to help me through the sale. They went above and beyond to help push this through and really pushed my solicitors who were essentially non-existent after they kept their staff on furlough with no direct contact. Thank you for all your help. The sale would have fallen through without you.

We first used Abbotts when we were selling my late mother's bungalow in 2012 and were very pleased with how proactive they were and we sold very quickly. When we came to sell our own property this year they were the first agents we thought of and again our experience has been very positive. Everyone we dealt with combined friendliness with professionalism. The original valuation was based on comparing similar properties and was therefore realistic. We always felt they were going the extra mile to market our property and again we had an ideal buyer within a few weeks and despite the disruption to the housing market because of Covid we have managed to exchange contracts without too much delay. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
