I just want to express about how incredible my experience was with Abbott’s, and in particular Anna Livermore! It’s my first time renting so I was pretty clueless in terms of the whole process. After reaching out to Abbots, Anna was my first point of contact and she really blew me away with her efficiency and attention to detail. Would like to thank all of the wonderful letting team at Rayleigh for all of their help when moving into my new home, but in particular Jason Locke, nothing was too much bother for him, he went above and beyond. He is a smart and professional guy who should be recognized for how wonderfully hard he works. He made my whole moving process simple, straightforward and he was honest and helpful throughout. They day I moved in he came in and checked all the smoke alarms and this helped me to feel safe in my new home. Thanks again to all and especially to Jason for making my move seamless and safe.

Our whole experience with Abbotts was an absolute pleasure.
