Enfields at Eastleigh recently sold a property for me, and it was a very positive experience. At each stage of the process we had a dedicated point of contact, and they provided good support without pressure and kept me regularly updated. I didn’t have a particular solicitor that I wanted to use, but Enfields put me in touch with a solicitor that they work with closely, and that worked really well. Enfields also have a dedicated sales progressor, who acted as a point of contact between me, the buyers and the solicitor, and she kept everyone informed and kept things moving. I would recommend Enfields and would use them again if I had another property to sell.

We have dealt with several estate agents in the Chandler's Ford / Eastleigh area over the past year for buying and selling and, of all the agents we dealt with, Enfields were the most professional and most helpful by a clear mile!
Enfields sold our house and the communications have been very good all the way through to completion, despite a challenging journey with many obstacles to overcome.
In particular, Luan and Sophie have been absolutely brilliant! When going though something as stressful as moving house, having good honest updates, quick responses to emails, and someone answering the phone to answer your questions is priceless (I don't always like the truth but I always like honesty)! That's what you can expect with Enfields, and Sophie and Luan have provided an excellent service, so thanks to you both!
I have to say, don't be fooled by various other local estate agents who market themselves as prestigious market leaders. We were lied to by other agents (significantly), and couldn't get through to them on the phone or they wouldn't return our calls etc. so I would be cautious of others.
I would highly recommend Enfields for a good, honest and professional service and I would definitely use them again!

I just moved house and enfields were the agents for the property i was buying and i was so impressed with their service. They were always happy to help no end and pushed hard on the chain to keep things moving. They were honest and upfront at every stage and far superior in attitude and performance than the estate agents i used to sell my property who were absolutely appauling. I really wish i could have paid my comission to enfields instead as they did so much more for me than my agents. If i was ever to sell my property in the future i would definitely use enfields and avoid the normal high street chains who just don't care about their customers. Luan was my main contact and she was absolutely excellent. First class service!

Myself and my partner have had such a positive experience with Enfields Eastleigh from start to finish. Everyone we have communicated with has been great but in particular Luan who dealt with our sale. She is efficient and helpful and was key in helping us to exchange on our house before our baby was born (with a very tight turn around) following a previous house falling through with another agent. We received at least twice weekly updates and chasing was done promptly. From offer accepted to exchange was just 9 weeks which in the midst of a pandemic was a fantastic outcome for a pair of panicked first time buyers expecting a baby imminently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I couldn’t recommend the Enfields team more. They helped me with the sale of my property which was super speedy! Unfortunately the solicitors I chose were very disappointing and created lots of delays however Enfields were so helpful in getting updates for me, and doing whatever they could to get progress on the sale. Most of all though they kept me feeling calm at very stressful time!

if you are a foreigner don't waste your time calling them, they won't rent you a thing, because they don't like foreigners. they will lie to you saying that is "gone" but you will see the property still online for weeks because they don't rent to foreigners, just to Brits......

We decided to use Enfields to sell our house as they had good reviews. We requested a valuation through their website one Sunday evening and were seen the very next day. The house was online by Wednesday and we accepted an offer by Saturday!
We have dealt with Oliver (mostly) who has been extremely efficient and quick to respond with any queries. Couldn't do enough to help us.

After speaking with 3 Estate agents prior to putting our house on the market we decided thankfully to go with Enfield's at Eastleigh.
Nikki was very upfront and honest about what we should expect both with selling price and time scale.
We had a good amount of viewings every week and sold within the time that we were advised we would.
We dealt with Luan day to day and she is a credit to Enfield's and equally committed to helping make a stressful period as easy as she can.
I would strongly recommend Enfield's in Eastleigh (and have done) for the sale and marketing of your home.
Regardless of whom you may deal with be it Nikki, Luan or another member of there team, all are friendly committed people that do there best for you.

I am very disappointed with ENFIELDS Estate Agents Eastleigh service. I was continuously calling and sending e-mails to them in purpose to book a viewing for one of the properties which they offer. I am afraid, they never replied to me. When I have called them, eventually I have booked a viewing, however never received a confirmation of this by e-mail. I had to call them another 3 times to just get an address of the property. I was waiting 30 minutes outside of the property in 3 degrees, unfortunately nobody ever turned up. I didn’t receive any calls, messages or an e-mail with cancellation or at least an apology. I also sent an e-mail the next day admitting that I am very disappointed of that kind of service and I was still asking about this property. My last step was visiting their office, when I have heard that the property has been already “let agreed” and Grace was supposed to leave me a message with this information. Due to my many calls and e-mails to Enfields, I am sure that they have got my correct mobile number and two e-mails addresses. I do NOT recommend anyone to sell/rent a property with them, as they are unprofessional people who do not care to help you. I have wasted lots of my time and lost my patience with company and with the service that I have received from them.

STOP CALLING ME!!! I haven't answered any of the dozens of calls I have rejected for a reason: If I don't return your numerous voicemails it is because I don't want to. That doesn't mean that you should call me again every day, at various times, leaving me voicemail after voicemail. Your number has now been blocked. Harassment is not the way to sell houses.

These lovely ladies worked hard on our behalf every step of the way leaving us with the impression they genuinely care about us. Excellent service from Enfields who we sold our house through in August 2016, valuation was spot on, sold within 3 weeks and completion within 12 weeks! Very professional, honest and hard working. Couldn't do enough to ensure we had regular updates on the sale from the viewings through to completion! Highly recommended

Booked a viewing in Eastleigh with this agency. I asked for a day off to be able to go there from Winchester, and after a confirmation the same morning, one hour before the viewing ( I was at the train station and I had already bought train tickets) they called me saying Im sorry the viewing is canceled because someone has just rent the house now.
Well, I found it really rude and not a serious attitude for an agency.
If i could give less than 1 star i would.
