I couldn't be happier with the service I received from both Jack & George. They marketed my property brilliantly, attracted plenty of viewings and genuine interest, and got it sold.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and determination were outstanding throughout the process. If you're looking for an estate agent that delivers results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.<br><br>Thanks guys!

For clarity, our experience was with Enfields Luxe in 2025, before the business transferred from Enfields Leeds Ltd to Enfields North Ltd. The business has since continued under the same name and management.<br><br>We paid Enfields premium fees for a service we largely ended up managing ourselves.<br><br>Only after signing were we told they didn’t conduct evening viewings, with very limited weekend availability. Consequently, we conducted the majority of viewings ourselves.<br><br>Communication and sales progression were consistently poor. Even our buyer resorted to contacting us directly for updates.<br><br>Enfields initially rejected our formal complaint. Following nearly 11 months with The Property Ombudsman, whose adjudicator indicated our complaints regarding viewings and communication were likely to be upheld, Enfields North agreed to a £350 settlement.<br><br>They subsequently described this as a “gesture of goodwill”.<br><br>I would not recommend Enfields.

I recently bought a house through Enfields in Poole and George was brilliant from start to finish.<br>I’ve dealt with quite a few estate agents over the years, but George really stood out.<br>He was always helpful, easy to get hold of and kept me updated throughout the whole process.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made everything a lot easier.<br>Really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

Attention all sellers! If you want the A Team then choose Enfields Estate Agents! Super friendly, professional, pro active and efficient.<br>Excellent communication throughout the sale process.<br>It is a buyers market for sure. With that being said, Jack and Mae had a great offer for our Bungalow within 2 days of them marketing it and this progressed to sold to completion in record time.<br>This is a true testament to how hard they work to go the distance for you. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I honestly don’t know where to start when it comes to thanking Jack at Enfields for all his help and support throughout our property sale.<br><br>Jack has been amazing from start to finish. I was dealing with a difficult and unusual situation, but he went above and beyond to make the whole process as straightforward and stress free as possible. He was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed him, no matter how often I messaged and was incredibly supportive, approachable and reassuring throughout. He kept me fully informed at every stage and took the reins on all communication, which made such a huge difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful time. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without his help!<br><br>Jack really went above and beyond what I could have expected. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to make what can be a very stressful experience as easy as possible. His support is something I will always remember, I don’t think he will ever know how much of a positive impact he made.<br><br>George has also been really friendly and helpful throughout, which has added to the positive experience of dealing with the team at Enfields.<br><br>I would recommend Jack and the team at Enfields without a second thought. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond and makes you feel supported every step of the way these are your guys??????

My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

When you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.
