We recently sold our house and found our new home through Jack and George at Enfields estate agents and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible.
Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. They were proactive in dealing with any issues that arose and helped keep the whole chain moving.
We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Jack and George to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you both for helping us move into our new home!

Recently sold my property with Enfields and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Jack and George were exceptional throughout the whole process. Their communication was always clear and prompt, they kept me updated every step of the way, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
They were professional, efficient, hard working, dedicated, and really supportive during what can be a stressful process. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Enfields to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We were introduced to George and Jack through our mortgage broker and very glad that we decided to go with Enfields. From the outset they were professional, friendly and did a great job of managing the sale of our house. Despite a few hiccups along the way, we couldn’t have chosen better agents to handle it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we’ll highly recommend to all.

Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.

Five stars, zero hesitation
We were on the market for 9 months with another agent - plenty of viewings, zero offers. Then George at Enfields took over - first viewing, SOLD.
Massive shout-out to George, absolute legend of an estate agent. Proactive, confident, and clearly knows how to get results.
If only we’d found Enfields sooner, we would have saved ourselves months of needless stress.
Highly recommend - especially if George is involved!

My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

Enfields has been great throughout the process of purchasing a property. Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Been with enfeilds for 5-6years.
Always been fair.
Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick.
I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday.
Brilliant.
We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

When you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.
