They were quite good at the beginning at our first meeting discussing on what and how they would sell our property, but that was all talk. I was the one that had to keep on chasing them to see what was happening. Sadly not alot . They had our property on with them for just over 12 weeks and only having one veiwing in that whole time, and we dropped the price 3 times. We are now selling with another agent.

First lot of photos taken very poor quality, took my own. however the branch manager came out and offered to take more.
Due to a busy household they targeted buyers for our property so I was not constantly tidying up for viewings
Received an offer that we are happy with so hopefully smooth sell

Enfields were great with communication, always easily contactable. Their local market knowledge is great, and they were always quick with feedback. The valuation was a little high but I think that was partially to do with the market shifting rapidly recently too.

We have recently purchased a property thanks to Jack at Enfields. Jack was readily available at every step of the process with thorough knowledge and genuine care for both the buyers and sellers. It was a pleasure to work with him and i would highly recommend his services to anyone. Even when working to a tight deadline he made buying our home a delight.

Buying a property is one of the biggest things , commitment that we do in our lives. However, Paul at Enfield took the weight off our shoulders by responding to our questions swiftly and putting us at ease. Looking back it was a breeze and we needn’t had to worry, specially as it was a one to one service! Thank you so very much.

When you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.
