By far the best Estate Agent in Parkstone. From the get go George showed a huge interest in our property and really believed in the interest he could get. We really valued his enthusiasm and optimism as well as his local market knowledge.<br><br>Having the regular Whatsapp updates is a great feature and we could easily keep in contact with George and Jack.<br><br>We had a good amount of interest within 2-3 weeks and achieved a fast sale.<br><br>Really happy with the service we got from Enfields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Jack and George at Enfields were exceptional from start to finish. They priced our home competitively yet realistically, and their strong social media and online marketing presence meant our property was promoted brilliantly from day one.<br>George handled most of the viewings and consistently provided detailed, honest feedback after each one, which really helped us understand exactly where we stood throughout the process. Once the sale was agreed, Jack took the lead and was outstanding. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, and he worked incredibly hard to keep the chain moving and push things through to exchange.<br>Selling a home can be stressful, but we genuinely felt in safe hands with both Jack and George. They’re not only excellent estate agents, but genuinely great people. We couldn’t recommend Enfields more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell.

George and the team at Enfields were super helpful throughout the purchase of our home, very communicative and friendly. We were especially impressed with how quickly they would get back to us with any queries / issues we had and were very patient with us as first time buyers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enfields services!

Have just purchased a property being sold by them. They did a great job keeping the seller onside whilst we had initial problems with our buyer falling through, and then communication throughout the journey was great

Highly recommend using Enfields as an estate agent. George’s enthusiasm and confidence in the ability to sell our home sealed the deal for us. They lived up to expectations selling our place in 2 weeks of it being on the market. The use of social media and WhatsApp mean your in regular communication along the way. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area to speak to George and Jack.

My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

Enfields has been great throughout the process of purchasing a property. Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Been with enfeilds for 5-6years.
Always been fair.
Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick.
I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday.
Brilliant.
We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

When you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.

Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.
