I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion.
Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I.

I can't speak highly enough of the first class service provided by Alisdair and Karen at Equus. Our property had been on the market for over a year with a major agent but had failed to sell. Equus found us a buyer within 2 weeks of taking the property on. Sadly, the sale fell through (due to an unforeseen structural issue with the property). It is to their great credit that Equus stuck with us as we resolved the problem and then pulled out all the stops to intelligently market the property, leading to a successful and ultimately straightforward sale. Communication throughout was timely and well judged; we always felt that Equus were doing all they could for us. We have just sold our equestrian property with Equus. From our very first meeting with our local specialist Celia, we had no doubts they were the right agent to go with. Their specialist knowledge of the unique equestrian market is unrivaled. On Celia's first visit to our property she was both extremely professional but also very honest and we both felt immediately at ease. When we were told that she already had a buyer in mind we thought perhaps this was a bit of 'estate agent talk'! In fact we had a viewing before the photographs or details had been produced and a full asking price offer a few days later! As our sale proceeded we received a fantastic level of support and Celia's expertise guided us painlessly through the process.
