When we first saw the 2 bed flat by Savills we knew we had found the right place. After our offer was accepted, we were apprehensive about the next steps. Chris and his team made the entire process very seamless for us and we cannot thank them enough. We have settled into our new flat and enjoying every minute of it. Harry was a great support and my wife and I couldn't be grateful enough that we had him facilitate the purchasing process. Although we have bought and sold properties in the past and therefore had some familiarity with the complexities involved, Harry went above and beyond to help us navigate our way around them and ensure both parties involved were happy and most of all comforted in our decisions.
