This was the first time we were looking to rent a property in the UK and were quite daunted by the entire process. Having seen more than 20 flats in 3 weeks, we had almost lost hope. When we first saw the 2 bed flat by Savills we knew we had found the right place. After our offer was accepted, we were apprehensive about the next steps. Chris and his team made the entire process very seamless for us and we cannot thank them enough. We have settled into our new flat and enjoying every minute of it. The cherry on the cake was the beautiful card and lovely message which we received from Savills in our post. We felt welcomed by the thoughtful gesture!
