selling your home is always an emotional roller coaster, i am sure everyone at Fine and Country Colchester will concur that the house sale we went through was pretty horrendous (delayed 10 weeks after we moved out on day of exchange / completion) due to the lack of communication and in my opinion negligence from some of the legal firms involved in this simple transaction.
Charlotte remained calm and communicated effectively throughout the extended period even phoning while she was on holiday. I genuinely believe that without Charlotte on board pushing for this sale, this would not have got over the line.

They were always available to talk, responsive on emails and telephone, knew the current state of the process we were at, were knowledgeable on local services and overall a pleasure to deal with at every stage. Charlie also did all he could to make the process smoother, he even said he would do what he could to help personally when we were let down by our removal company (luckily he didn't need to help lift boxes :) On completion day he met us at the property to save us having to drive to the office and greeted us with a smile and a bottle of bubbly with a card signed by the whole office. Tristan was superb throughout the sale of our Suffolk property. Even our purchasers were complementary about his work and demeanour. We have bought and sold aprox 5 times in the past 20 Yrs and he is the best Estate Agent we have ever had dealings with. Basically, all the service level promises he made when pitching for the agency he delivered on eg feedback from every viewing, only sending credible viewers not time wasters, and he assisted the speed of a 10 week from viewing to completion turn-around of a complicated sale which might not have completed otherwise. If you don’t use him you’ll be sorry.

I cannot praise the team here highly enough, they exceeded my expectations at every point in the process.
Their professionalism and passion was in abundance from the minute they first visited the property we then sold very quickly through them (having previously been on the market for months with another estate agent with no joy whatsoever).
A very highly polished Estate Agents, couldn't have asked for a better service than the one they provided.
It's pointless going to any other agent in Colchester as they simply will not offer what this team do.
