I sold and bought through Oakheart and although it took 14 months to complete due to legal issues Lucy and Annalise were there supportinge all the way! My property was sold within 1 day of being marketed despite already being shown by other agents who just didnt have the same enthusiasm. Haven't used them but wanted to give a view on the website. After searching for a specific requirement, you view a property and going back takes you completely out of the selection, meaning you have to input your requirements every time you look at a house. This needs to be amended. Also I could only see at the bottom when interested in a property you have to call (could be wrong but if so wasn't clear could do another way), in all fairness I hate ringing people, needs another option to make contact....
