We have had one of the hardest journeys in selling our property, but are so glad we chose Knight to be the agent working on our behalf.
They were fair with the valuation, got excited and showed enthusiasm with the property, which in turn gave us the confidence in them being able to sell it.
Communication was amazing from all staff and we were kept up to date weekly with the sales progression. We have experienced communication issues with previous agents with calls/emails not being returned. Knight always answered right away or if someone was unavailable returned the call shortly after.
I can highly recommend David and his team and can honestly say, will not go wrong with these guys.

Great experience with Knight West! Matt was thoroughly professional from the outset, giving us a good but achievable valuation, backed up by excellent marketing material and photos. We had ten viewings and two offers of the asking price within the first week, one of which we obviously accepted, thanks to Matt's professional support and negotiations. Sold and bought through KnightWest and it was hell. Always saying they were too busy to do their job and show people round which forced us to have to do it which is not what i wanted when im paying an angecy so much money. They overpriced our house and after losing our original buyer nearly lost the house we were buying as they failed to tell us it wasn't reselling because it was priced wrong (which when challenged I was told it was my fault, even though all advice had come from them around pricing)
After contacting Oakheart for a second opinion they came in £10k lower when evaluating. We got the price adjusted and planned to list with Oakheart which but then Knightwest panicked, dropped the price but still refused to attend my property and show people round because they knew we had no choice or we would lose our property and they used they to their advantage.
I got fed up waiting as the house we were buying then got relisted on the market so I called Knigtwest to ask if they had even told my oringal buyer about the price drop and unsurprisingly they hadn't so I asked them to contact them and tell them. In the end we sold to the original buyer and the second part of the process was fine as it went to their admin who was a delight and I cannot fault her. I was horrified that as an agent it was my idea to call the original buyers and not theirs. It was an awful stressful experience and I warn you to avoid knighrwest if you want a peaceful sale. They did in no way earn their money as they refused to come to my house and show people round and they treated us like our sale was their last priority. We may as well have sold through purple bricks because i had to do all the leg work of selling my house anyway.

Absolutely shocking agency. Selling a house at a guided price, but asking for another £25k+ when it comes to negotiation. Treating potential buyer like a fool. Agent terminated the call abruptly. What a way of selling houses.
A quick update on this - agent called to demand reasons for this review. Call got disconnected then received an email the next day saying my offer (£10k under the guided price) was UNACCEPTABLE. Such an attitute. Clearly even the director does not know what is the difference between not accepted and unacceptable.

Sammy in particular who works on sales progression was amazing, she was always on hand to help, was extremely responsive and kept all parties updated. She was even able to speed things up for both exchange and completion by keeping in regular contact with myself and the seller and passing information between the two parties. Would highlight recommend and if we do decide to sell in the future will be using Knight West.

You get the personal service with Knight West, unlike some other local agencies, the person you meet first who carries out the valuation is also the same person that carries out the viewings so you know the person that won you over to choose their agency to sell your house is the same one that will charm your buyers & impart all the details & selling points you gave to them about your home. My wife and I now fast approaching our 70s and in wanting to move nearer to our family in Gosport, could not imagine when the opportunity came back in October 2020 to purchase a Penthouse Apartment that we would find a capable Estate Agent, based on all our previous experiences.
During lockdowns we walked everywhere and only saw SOLD with Knight West name on majority of boards.
Therefore, we signed up for Knight West and mainly dealt with Sam, Mathew and Toby.
In my working life I have trained Management and sales people, but these three gentleman far exceeded my expectation and excelled in listening, photography, presentation, and focusing on meeting our challenge in such a professional manner, it is so reassuring that there are great people working for the greater good.

Genuinely wish we could review higher than 5 stars. Above and beyond is truly what Knight West did for us this year for the sale of our new build. We had a awful experience with our solicitors and we think the sale would still be going on if it wasn't for the staff pushing for us. Recently had the displeasure of being on the buying side of a Knight West property. I seemed to talk to someone different every time I called, and emails were routinely ignored. Never received any clear answers in regards to the state of the transaction. Made very little effort to co-ordinate any communication up the chain. When the transaction was at risk of falling through, and then later actually fell through, they were completely disinterested. Vendors, do not use Knight West if you want your buyer to be well informed throughout the process. At least they hosted my viewing professionally.

I can't praise the guys at Knight West enough! They were so helpful and calm with us, in what was a very stressful time (due to delays with solicitors, delays with our buyers house sale, our own agents lying to us etc). Having just exchanged on our first home, we’d like to extend our gratitude to Charlie for making it all happen! We bought a flat through Knight West. Firstly, we were shoved a garage and we were told: this is your future garage. Well, after 4 months we find out that was another families garage not the one that comes with our flat. Ok, we forgot about it and kept waiting for the paperwork, they were helpful. Before completion day we wanted to have a look again the flat but Knight West had not enough staff to show us. Well, we shouldn't just let it to happen. The flat was left without any cleaning ( dirty walls with pet foot prints, dirty carpet etc ) but the biggest problem was a cat fleas! My baby was covered with red spots the first morning. I thought he had chicken pox but later my foot was covered with fleas, so that was the time when I realized that a key was given to us by Knight West not only with a dirty condition but with hundreds of cat fleas. So what star should we give to them? Make sure you definitely check the property before you do completion.
