Awful company to deal with if you're a tenant. The fees as extortionate! They are the only company that have ever charged me a renewal tenancy contract fee and advising me there was no other option available unless I signed in for a year. Once they see you're happy and settled then the demands to the landlord starts for the rent increases! The highest we had was over £300 a month! Was so glad when I moved away from them.... Read more
