My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Fisks (Wimborne Branch) to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so.
Claire, who also helped us in the process, was also very welcoming and professional. We highly recommend Fisks to anyone in search of a new home due to their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you, for helping us find our perfect family home!

I was recommended to use Fisks by a neighbor who also moved to Wimborne from Bournemouth. I can now fully recommend them myself as Iain and his team have been brilliant with my house sale. I've always been updated and kept aware of where I was in the sale process and given good advice when things don't always go to plan.
The valuation and price to sell, we agreed, was fair and we sold very quickly.
Iain and his team especially Emma were very professional through out the sale process and easy to get hold of when needed.

My Mum sold her house using Fisks in Wimborne, indeed we bought through Fisks 11 years ago too!! Absolutely great company. Emma was understanding and respectful of my Mum, ensuring that her Solicitor was updated at all times, even the Solicitor commented on this efficiency. Thankyou Fisks.

Couldn't agree more with other low rated reviews. Iain is a compulsive liar, an absolute snake. His behaviour has been a disgrace from start to finish. He employs bully boy tactics and like most bullies is a coward when confronted. As you can see by other reviews the majority are for the 'team' - Emma and Claire carry Iain. AVOID FISKS AT ALL COSTS - POSSIBLY THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE U.K.
Would give 0 stars if allowed !

From marketing to completion, Emma and the whole team have been very approachable and understanding in what was a very difficult house sale for me. If I ever need to I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fisks again.
