My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with Fisks (Wimborne Branch) to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Emma, who initially booked in our viewing and showed us round the property, was incredibly helpful and we had a really comfortable viewing, not feeling rushed or pressured at any point. We put in an offer on the property the next day, which was handled extremely efficiently and almost immediately accepted. The best part of working with Fisks was receiving communication at every step and even if there was no update, our agents would check in to see how we were proceeding with our Solicitor's and offering their support in getting our purchase finalised on our behalf. After our offer was accepted, Emma even accommodated a second viewing so we could show our daughters which was a lovely touch for us to be able to share the moment with our children even though it was time out of her day to do so.

Couldn't agree more with other low rated reviews. Iain is a compulsive liar, an absolute snake. His behaviour has been a disgrace from start to finish. He employs bully boy tactics and like most bullies is a coward when confronted. As you can see by other reviews the majority are for the 'team' - Emma and Claire carry Iain. AVOID FISKS AT ALL COSTS - POSSIBLY THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE U.K.

I contacted Fisks to sell my one bedroom flat in Wimborne which had been on the market with little interest. The first meeting with Iain was very positive and I signed up to advertise with them. The level of interest was immediately higher and Emma Foster has been very helpful in showing potential buyers around the flat and explaining the benefits. I am now at the point where the flat is sold subject to contract and it has been a very smooth process. I decided to go with Fisks to sell my property. Simply because they are fairly prolific in my area and there commission rates compared favourably with other local estate agents . And I wanted the knowledge of the specific market in my area . From the start Ian and Emma we extremely communicative and kept me updated with developments in the extremely volatile market conditions . As I'm sure you are all aware a house sale and purchase is a complex transaction and sometimes there's issues . My own being no exception . At this point I quickly became extremely glad I had used fisks . There detailed knowledge and delicate negotiation skills saved my transaction on more than one occasion they were extremely supportive and professional I'm pleased to say I am now happily settled in my new home . Have had generally pretty poor experiences of Estate agents locally, but when I met Iain McTaggart I just felt he was the man for the job. If you want an Estate Agent who is genuinely going to work hard for you to achieve both the sale and the best price, then I'm convinced you won't find better locally. Fisks throughout the house selling process were very professional, I was always responded to when I had a query. I was very satisfied with the service provided from the ladies working hard in the office, the valuers and the owner. I never felt pressured by the office but they readily gave advice when needed. Not only that they were realistic with valuing.

Exceptional service provided. Ian in Fisks clearly has a wealth of experience and is extremely pro-active. I've moved house many times in my life and never come close to experiencing such high levels of service from an Estate Agent. Sound advise given. Detailed, thorough, evidenced.
