We first met with Rich who is a pleasure to work with. Since listing our property with Flexi Agent we have be speaking with Robert over the phone and on WhatsApp. Rob is so helpful and always there to help and advise. Flexi Agent advised us to do an open day and within three days they had filled the viewing time slots and it sold that day. **update** Since our original buyer decided not to proceed with the purchase. So we queried measurements that Flexi Agent had used on a house we were looking at as the measurements didn’t make sense when the house was meant to be bigger than our existing for seemed smaller. We had them checked and turns out Flexi Agent were wrong, this was challenged to which the response was “our Quantity Surveyor is an expert and knows what they are doing”, to which we responded saying it’s an error on the site then and we were still told it was right and we were wrong so we explained it’s fraud and miss-selling. Lo and behold the house dimensions were reduced later that day c.30m squared less than originally advertised. A month or so later and the house dimensions had increased again by 10m squared. We spoke to friends who have looked at Flexi Agent properties and used Flexi Agent themselves and they found this exact same experience. It seems Flexi Agent or someone working for them is falsely advertising larger floor space on the properties they are selling portraying better value for money. Please ensure you either have the floor measurements independently checked or check it yourself to avoid having a smaller house than advertised... Read more

Appalling service! After 4.5 years of living in our family home, we got a knock on the door informing us that our home was being sold which was very sad. Within hours flexi agent put a for sale sign up before we had chance to tell our children. Within days we was forced to show strangers around our home witch we did understand, however flexi agent told us that we must be available to show people around 7 days a week between the hours of 9am - 6pm which explained this was impossible. I had to drop 1 day a week at work to accommodate this, I told them I had dropped a Thursday from my working week to show people around but this was still not acceptable on their part. They made several demands to come at 7pm in the evening. I explained that I bath my children at that time but they did not care. The phone calls was becoming more and more frequent with their demands. On several occasions they allowed people into our home and let them search through private draws and cupboards, which I found highly invasive. They told would be buyers that the sale included our personal sofa and our white goods that belong to us. The estate agent asked me how much our utility bills was in front of a prospective buyer, and when I told him he called me a liar! And said that’s because my bills are obviously pre payment metres. And when I told him I pay my bills direct debit, he again highly insinuated that I was a liar. The estate agent insulted my interior decor several times and said as we was renters we could not afford nice things. All flexi agent care about is their commission and they have absolutely no people skills. They never even told us that our home was sold, they simply just stuck a sold sign on top of the original sign. We have never felt so much hurt and upset. We have lived here for the best part of 5 years and never missed or been late with a rent payment once and they have literally treated us like we are scum. They seriously need training in customer service skills as a minimum. So if you are a landlord and you value your tenants and you do not wish to cause hurt or upset to your tenants, I would highly advise against using flexi agent.... Read more

I received such a great service as a buyer that when it came to sell my property Flexi Agent were top of my list of Estate Agents to use. I was not disappointed, I can't stress how highly I recommend and would use them again! Through every stage of my sale, my requirements where supported and I received excellent Customer service no mater who I spoke to in the office. I loved that they were so easy to contact and weren't a strict 9-5 business, receiving a call back, less than 5 minutes after sending my initial enquiry on a Sunday. After accepting an offer, what followed could have been a very stressful experience was made calm by Jacquie Stewart in Sales Progression. Her regular updates about everyone in the chain where a god send. I did engage good Solicitors but honestly I received more information from Jacquie. We have viewed numerous properties with Flexi-Agent and whenever I phone to arrange an appointment the girls have been amazing. Rachel always replies quickly and follows up afterwards. I telephoned at 2 minutes to 7 in the evening and someone answered the phone. They took my details and I was phoned back at 11.30 on Sunday morning. Once I had contacted GetAgent, they passed my details to Flexi-Agent who responded very promptly. Once the initial appointment had been made, the property was valued, photographed, uploaded to Rightmove and an open day of viewings arranged within a week. We felt we were given good advice regarding the best way to market the property and how to generate maximum interest. I was able to read, adjust and approve the description before it went live. Once the sale had been agreed, we were passed over to the follow-up team, who have had no problems with me keeping in touch weekly for progress reports at the same time as contacting us promptly if needed. The only slight issue was for the viewings on one evening, where there had been problems which meant that the lady who was showing prospective viewers around was late. It would have been useful if that information could have been shared with us as we didn't know what to do with the viewers who were stood on the doorstep. So pleased we decided to have flexi agent to sell our property. We initially had a open day and were so surprised that we had 12 viewings. We actually agreed a sale that same day. This should have been so straightforward but unfortunately a problem with one buyer in the chain caused everything to nearly collapse. We can't think Vicky Noren-Dobson enough for the way she constantly kept us informed. We had to bring in a new buyer late on but Vickie sorted everything. We were greeted by a smiling Pete and shown around the property, we were not rushed and felt at ease straight away. Shortly after viewing we were contacted by Rachel who explained the our next steps should we wish to make an offer. It took just short of 1 week to express an interest in a property for sale; go and view it; make an initial offer; put our existing property up for sale via Flexi-Agent (who measured it, created a floor plan, took photos and put it on Rightmove, with a description, in a day); organise 10 viewings; filter the 4 offers and help us choose a preferred purchaser; assist us in making a suitable offer for the property we wished to purchase. Sophie came out to value the house and was extremely knowledgable and helpful.
