Just want to give a massive thank you to Flexi agent and in particular Julie, we saw a property we liked and rang up for a viewing on the Thursday, there next available slot was the following Tuesday but we had an eye on another property after explaining this to Julie, she offered to meet us there after she finished work on that same day, amazing then did the same the next day for a second viewing, we are currently in the process of buying the house, we are very happy people.

We went with Flexi- Agent over a fair few other companies we had round to value our property, as there sales figures spoke for them. We found all members of staff that we communicated and met with to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were always quick to get in touch with us regarding viewings, during the negotiating process and informing us promptly when viewing cancellations occurred. We also put an offer in for a property being sold by the company and this was handled seamlessly at the same time as we were negotiating the sale of ours. I thought this process would be a lot more stressful than it was. But thanks to the Mark, Mariyah and Julie it went smoothly. I’d recommend Flexi-Agent to anyone.

All the staff are very friendly, helpful, honest, easy to talk to with being first time buyers, they take the time to explain things and co operate with our wants and needs.
We met Mark, Dan and Robert.
Been the best out of the other agents that we had been in touch with in regards to buying property.
Would definitely reccomend and go to again.

We originally had a viewing for a property on Wednesday and after visiting the office we got chatting to Rob who was extremely helpful and managed to arrange us an earlier viewing. We was then greeted at the property by Rob where he was really informative and helped answer all of our questions and queries so much that we put an offer in there and then. He then got back to us very soon with the good news our offer was accepted and has also helped finding us a solicitor he’s been great from the start much appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Flexi-agent for selling/buying/letting your house. First class efficient service from all staff even in the evening and weekends. Special mention to Julie who has gone above and beyond in helping us, even driving back to the office on a Sunday evening to retrieve my spare keys when I locked myself out of my house ????

Friendly, flexible approach. I really felt like Julie was working with me to find and secure the property. The availability to see properties in the evening was a massive bonus and having experience of agents in Liverpool during our search, Flexi Agent impressed us with thier approach in being able to talk whatever the time-quite literally. Would definitely recommend!
