Focus provides a professional service. Focus has been managing the rental of my property for nearly a year. In the beginning they assisted with the refurbishment, helping me to find a double glazing company at reasonable costs. I am renting a property via this lettings agency and so far my experience has been excellent. Any queries or issues I have had have been dealt with promptly, and has made me feel like I’m valued as a tenant. Initially when I was looking for a property to rent, I came up against some resistant from other lettings agents due to my need for a housing benefit top up to my salary.
