We were fortunate enough to have Janet Chandler assisting us in our purchase of a flat for our daughter in High Wycombe. The process was subject to a number of delays due to the Management Company and Solicitors, however Jan was always the reassuring voice on the end of the phone! She assisted hugely in liaising between all sides and in progressing matters; without Jan I am not convinced the sale would have gone ahead. JNP have been brilliant with the sale of our house. Mitchell came out super quick to give us a quote. They then got lots of viewings for us, arranged social media promotion of our house, alongside their usual marketing, and worked tirelessly to get us the right buyer.
Following this, Jan in the sales progression team was AMAZING. She kept in regular contact with us and chased the sale with the solicitors and estate agents above and below us in the chain. She always returned our calls promptly and was so lovely in chatting to our daughter on the phone. Our daughter has additional needs, and wanted to say hi to Jan!
Setting a date for the move and the actual completion required a lot of going back and forth, and had numerous problems, but Jan handled them brilliantly and very professionally.
Lisa and Martin were also helpful in the process.

From start to finish I was supported and informed every step of the way. Mat was the selling agent and was always happy to answer any questions (and I had lots!) and was always so calm and positive which I needed. When I contacted JNP for an initial valuation Mat contacted me very quickly. He provided the valuation and took really good, but accurate photos so when it was listed the photos were accurate unlike some where the photos are deceptive. On the day it was listed we had a call saying they had someone wanting to view it. They put an offer in for the full asking price and Caroline dealt with that. Jan is in the after sales team and dealt with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. We exchanged yesterday. I could not fault any of it. It was a really smooth and stress free process. We initially dealt with Martin the estate agent who was lovely! He showed us around the home and knew everything about the property. He kept us informed and updated all the time which allowed us to make the best offer to get our house. We then dealt with Jan the sales progressor, such a lovely lady! She supported us from the moment our offer was accepted up to the point of completion. She was more excited for us than we were!! She went above and beyond her role to help with both the sellar and us (the buyers). We are first time buyers so there were so many new things to learn but she made the process so much easier and dealt with all the stressful situations so we didn’t have to. She was a great connect for the solicitors on both sides and helped ensure any differences between both were resolved through good communication. She always kept me informed and updated which is just what I needed with a busy work schedule. We had a quick completion and that was mostly thanks to Jan.

This estate agent is terrible. They’re the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life and I’ve dealt with some bad ones. If you want stress in your life, give them a call.
They found us two buyers and neither of them had any real due diligence done on them. We were told that the second buyer had the majority of the money in cash and only needed a small mortgage. This turned out to be a blatant lie. They allowed us to be messed around for 19 months in total.
We found this estate agent to be very untrustworthy and they will just tell you anything to keep you onboard. We only seemed to have any progress when we said we would move the property to another estate agent. We would believe that progress had been made and stay with them, mainly because we didn’t want to start the whole process again, each time we agreed to stay with them, the lies would start again. The original person we dealt with at the valuation showed no interest in helping us and just said we would have to give two weeks notice to leave them. That’s the level of customer support you’ll receive from this company.
Eventually we decided to move the property to another estate agent in High Wycombe and they found us a buyer within a week and proper due diligence was done on the buyer. The sale completed in 4 weeks.
JNP haven’t apologised for the way they treated us and I can’t stress enough how bad they really are.

We had our house valued in January with Mat who explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured, therefore we booked for him to come back to take photos the next day which he did to a high standard. JNP managed to sell our home within 5 days!!!
We were then passed to Janet in sales progression, she could not have done anymore. She truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much. We are extremely grateful for the help, understanding and advice we received from her throughout the whole process.
We get the keys to our new property at the end of the April, meaning it was just over 3 months from valuation to completion!
We did use JNP solicitor recommendation and were assigned Jess. I cannot sing her praises enough, she was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop throughout. She was easy too communicate with and easy too reach.
We will highly recommend JNP and will use them in future.

Mat Plocharski is the estate agent you hopefully when buying or selling. He puts care into his pictures which frankly outshine most of the competitions, he will be honest about the worth of your home, solidifying a sense of trust which puts you at ease in all your conversations. There's nothing he won't do to ensure a good experience and has now, as a result ruined me for any other estate agents. Its only JNP now, and that's because of Mat. He was my first contact there after a horrible experience with Chancellors who were just dreadful from start to finish and cost me a lot of money in the end from taking so long to do their job right in any way and later though house price reductions etc. Then Mat came along at JNP and was the exact type of estate agent I needed when times were extremely tough for me. He is a great honest guy, committed to his craft and, truly, the best estate agent you can hope for.

JNP overpriced the property from the start which reduced the number of property viewings. Only once we had another High Wycombe estate agent undertaking a duel listing did JNP become proactive. Once sold, Jan, a JNP aftersales rep looked after the interface between the parties and she was fantastic and provided a 5* service.
I would highly advise that you do not use JNP conveyancing, instead, I would recommend using a local, High Wycombe solicitor. We used Allan Janes LLP on Easton Street for elements of our sale and they were amazing.

Very unprofessional service, I rented a place via JNP, the whole rental process was alright, however, when I moved in the house, the TV antenna seems have issues as my TV can't get any singal at all. I had raised the issues to the property management team nearly 2 weeks, still not get fixed and I have been calling and email to get the update, still no reply at all.

I sold my flat via JNP earlier this year. The property was on the market end of July and I received an acceptable offer by mid August. The whole process was managed well from A - having the property valued to Z - exchanging contracts. My forward purchase was stressful due to my seller unreasonably threatening to pull out, I felt like our sales progressor (Jan) assisted massively in trying to get the different stakeholders to move the conveyancing along. It's a friendly team, and when I went to drop off my keys, I could tell the team were genuinely happy for me that the whole chain had completed.

Update since moving out of the property - be aware JNP will try to hold onto your deposit for the most ridiculous reasons, £100 for dust on a lightbulb and a small amount of water in a defrosted freezer for example. Don't be afraid to challenge them, they obviously do this thinking most people won't fight it but we got our money back for this most underhand of tactics.

Janet spent a long time dealing with everyone in the chain, was very patient with all the problems thrown up (of which there were many!) and helped us all the way. We got to exchange by the skin of our teeth prior to the Xmas shut down . This was 12 midday on 23/12/22 and exchange was 10.30 am. At 9 am, no-one was even sure exchange would happen!

Everything that could go wrong with my sale did (due to the incompetence of outside parties) but these guys were on it every day. As a first-time buyer, I found the progress very daunting, but Jan provided a superb service throughout the whole process, and she was the key to keeping the sale moving along. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. We rented a property through JNP for 4 and a half years. The house was a shambles and everytime we reported an issue, we had to wait days for a response, the response was always the same, saying they are waiting for the landlord to authorise the work. Our garden fence blew down in February 2020 and when we reported it the landlord authorised the work to go ahead to fix it. In February 2022 the fence still had not been fixed. Our property manager was very rude and we would have to chase her for responses to previous emails which she had ignored. We are currently waiting for our deposit to be returned and when I chased her on this, I was told to wait for her response, instead of emailing her a follow up email from the previous days which had been ignored. I will never recommend or use this letting agent again.

I approached selling our house with trepidation but I need not have worried. The JNP team have been amazing, Nathan & Caroline gave us their advice on how to get the best price for our slightly unusual house. The online photos and video really showed our home and surroundings to their best advantage. Lisa, Martin and Christina visited to familiarise themselves with the house and then arranged for around 20 people to visit over a long weekend. Tracy and Caroline ensured that all the people who viewed the house were well informed on the details and this meant we had seven genuine offers at asking price and above from that one weekend of visits. Ross has done a brilliant job of coordinating the sale since then and has ensured that all parties have up to date information and meet deadlines. He has phoned us regularly to update and reassure us. We exchanged contracts this week and I can’t recommend JNP highly enough. Thank you to Caroline and the team.

JNP Recently sold my property in High Wycombe. I was very impressed at their professionalism. They were very fast to get the property photographed and marketed on-line. The contract was fair and did not included no sale clauses as the 1st estate agent I spoke to had. JNP did all the viewings notifying me prior to each. The property had 2 offers within the 1st week. Mat Plocharski (probably spelt that wrong, sorry Mat) did a fantastic job of the evaluation and an even better job of taking the photos, which turned out so much better than the ones we paid to have done by a 'professional' company!

After going through a hellish experience trying to buy a property in London with an entirely separate estate agents that took almost 6 months and resulted in failure, my partner and I warily started the second attempt of buying our first home. But this time through JNP.
Safe to say, we had no need to be wary because JNP were exceptional. We were absolutely blown away by their professionalism. We placed our offer in mid May and completed in the beginning of August which was a stark contrast to our previous experience. But enough comparisons, here is where JNP really outshines the competition and why we as first time buyers, strongly recommend their services:
1) Communication skills: From the price negotiator who got us a brilliant price to the sales progression team who were fantastic, the staff regularly called us to check in and answer any concerns/assist with chasing enquiries. Shoutout to Jan in sales progression, you're an absolute credit to the business! We felt so lucky to have you assist us with our purchase.
2) Bedside manner: Even though we technically weren't their client as we were buyers not sellers, JNP treated us like adults and we felt that they were being upfront and honest with us throughout the process. No lies to exploit our lack of knowledge, no bullying or pressure tactics. Just kind, efficient, polite and honest. They even gifted us a bottle of sparkly when we completed, how thoughtful!
3) Flexibility & Patience: We viewed our property twice and even had a surveyor come afterwards. JNP never kicked up a fuss or pressured us to exchange at all. They respect your rights as a buyer to be satisfied with the condition of the property before you commit yourself to buying it.
I can't recommend them enough, if we look to move elsewhere in the future then I'm sure we will be coming back to JNP.

I contacted JNP (High Wycombe) and my enquiry/viewing was dealt with by Christina Grima. From the very start of the process Christina was attentive and supportive offering me other realistically linked properties for me to view along with access to other support services such as Solicitors etc. but no hard sell.
She was also very punctual at the viewing and assisted with all the questions I put to her during the viewing within an hour.
I can't speak for JNP as a whole but I can vouch for how professional Christina is.

All the emergency contact numbers are wrong, the only one that was answered was answered by someone who no longer works for them. They left us with a leek for weeks only deciding it was serious enough to do something about it after we said we wouldn't allow them to conduct veiwings anymore because the leak had spread 10ff across the carpet into the wood floored living room. They conducted veiwings late regularly and didn't warn us if they where canceled, didn't turn of lights or even shut the front door properly when they where done. Should be surprised they didn't care cause even when prospective viewers complained about walking through puddles to get into the property the agents brushed them off saying or was being fixed. Even then it was only after we threatened to stop veiwings that they gave us a dehumidifier which we had to pay to run in the middle of an inflation crisis, while being sicks from God knows what water was leaking into the flat for weeks. I wouldn't rent with these guys again if they paid me to between the horrible treatment in the last week and the general arrogance and hypocrisy of 90% of the rude staff who work there's is utterly atrocious.

I bought a property through JNP and despite bumping into every possible delay along the way (JNP not at fault), Emma always provided an excellent service. She fought tooth and nail to get the purchase over the line and even after a year of waiting and dealing with disorganised solicitors and management companies, she remained just as determined and friendly. Although at times I had lost faith in the process of buying the property, Emma stayed optimistic and looked out for every opportunity where she could proactively help the seller and I. From Mark who did the initial evaluation, Martin in the sales office was my main contact but TBH they were all amazing, you could speak to any of the sales staff and they all knew about your property and were up to date on the progress, and Ross in the sales progression team was worth his weight in gold! Unfortunately I didn’t receive a very good service from JNP lettings department.
I had to chase countless times regarding an offer when it turns out there had been a response sitting in their inbox for a few days. I then had a very rude and sharp person on the phone ringing me back with very few details regarding the offer. I then followed up asking them to call me with why the landlord had said a certain thing and over 24 hours later I am yet to hear from them.
The tone of voice from the lettings agent was rude and unacceptable. I won’t be trying to view any of their properties again.

Do not use the conveyancing team that they recommend! I cannot emphasise this enough. Absolute shambles of a company which is the opposite to the service we've received from the branch but I had to leave the low scores to state that the company will not get back to you ever,nor will you ever be given a proper moving date to work towards and nor will they look into any legal bits for you. We were given the impression that our sellers we're using the same company wrongly as we wanted a quick sale and purchase but it's been far from it considering we started paperwork back in October. The company also got hacked so your information may not be that secure as if they're delivering a bad service god knows what kind of measures they've put in place. Most of the correspondence comes through the branch which is not what you're paying for and it just adds delays. Everything is done via an online portal which is most complicated as you are left to read through email chains between the solicitors and left to make head or tail of it yourself. We also got quoted 25k stamp duty instead of 12 so good job I challenged it and used our broker to back us up. Use a local and trusted company.

My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and have been looking for a house around High Wycombe and we saw one we really liked the look of. We were nervous about using an estate agent again after a hideous experience with another local agents in High Wycombe this week, but the anxiety soon disappeared after talking to the lovely Caroline who was the epitome of professional and so lovely to talk to at the same time. If you want to be completely lied to and gaslighted by a company then please, try and sell your home or try or buy a home through JNP or Fine and Country. This review has nothing to do with Nathan, the one person who has been consistent throughout.
You will have 6 Estate Agents who do not communicate to each other. You will move heaven and earth to try and get your dream home and they will use all your emotions to manipulate you causing many sleepless and emotional nights. They will call you from their personal mobiles when they want to bully you to up your offer. Once they get their way and you need to contact them at 5:45pm as you haven't heard from them and have been ignored for days, you will be told to leave them alone via WhatsApp as they are not working and not to use their personal phones. (Which you were given as work mobiles the week before when it suited them past 7:00pm...)
This team will have your offer accepted and then keep the house you want online and open for viewings to get a higher offer. they will tell you to spend over 20 hours getting your solicitors paperwork completed. They will tell you to spend £900 for a survey to show you are "a serious buyer" and they will advise the owner of the house to turn that survey away, so you have lost your money. They will put the house you want online as a "premium listing" after you have sold your house and done everything that you have been told to do. The mind games and manipulation are honestly horrific.
If the owner of the home we dreamed of reads this, (near Sands in High Wycombe) we have lost our dream family home because of this team’s incompetence and lies that we have caught them out in saying. Between you and us, we could have done a better job over a cup of tea with no fees or drama involved. I am sorry that we have made out to be unstable buyers through lack of communication in this team, this was untrue and the only reason we sold our house and went through this whole process was because we saw our whole future in your current home. We would have loved your home as much as you do and had a family there. I am sorry if you have been through what we have. My partner and I wish you all the best in your dream home.
Thank you to Kane the MD who doesn't have to heart to tell us in person that this has fallen through and getting yet another member of your team to do it for you. Thank you for promising to not accept any more viewings after Christmas and lying to us throughout and making us spend £900 when you had a different motive all along. I hope that the vendor that we were buying from really does have a family illness because that really would be a very deep and dark lie that you told.

So far JNP (Nathan in particular) have been absolutely amazing. They are Friendly, Responsive, Professional. Everything you get told estate agents aren't!! Being a first time seller I had lots of questions and not once was I made to feel silly for asking.
My house was valued and up on the market in 48 hours with bookings booked, which was astounding to me.
If only JNP provided their AMAZING services to wider area! Would definitely recommend and use them again

Lisa Smith from Sales at JNP was really helpful. She explained the entire process to us and was extremely understanding and helpful when we were negotiating the offers on the property that we have bought. Emma Cross in the Sale Progression team was amazing. She went absolutely above and beyond her call of duty. She gets great pleasure it getting her work done efficiently and it shows. I spoke to her everyday from the point of getting the documents transferred, exchanging contract. It was extremely stressful for us as we had to exchange and complete prior to 30th June 2021. Emma was an angel and a star, she went through the journey with us and did more than her job! Sales Progressor Emma needs a promotion, a brand new office with an amazing window view and the best coffee machine money can buy. Emma was the star of our house buying journey. Keeping in contact with our solicitors, chasing them when needed and keeping us up to date at least once a week with a Friday phone call.

Rented a property through jnp and at first everything was fine very quick at responding to emails and phone calls however once i rasied issues concerning damp and mold they became very unhelpful, took up two weeks to get a response from them regarding the situation overall i think it took three months before they sent an electrician out to check the dehumidifier which was working and i told them it was. Nothing was done till after we moved out and we left early even after paying the last month because i decided after having over a £1000 worth of damage done to my personal property i was done, but the laughable part was them telling me i could be held responsible for any mold or damp damage to the property even though i notified them. Though from looking at reviews they dont seem to care for lettings just sales maybe they should only sale cause clearly they only care about the money and nothing else. Avoid this company with a passion if your renting! Also its a bit funny how they dont respond to bad reviews only good ones, i think thay says it all no?

Emma Cross is a superb ambassador for JNP in the work she does in the 'Sales Progression Team'. This is the liaison between the 2 parties to the sale and also the 2 respective Solicitors. I would say this has to be a difficult role. However, Emma did not live up to her name, was never 'cross' but always, polite, professional & responsive. She kept her cool and focused on the outcome for the client, whilst also challenging the buyer & Solicitor where necessary (and this was required!). A huge asset, thanks Emma, you're a star! RACIST and affected my CREDIT REPORTac. Made me consent to a credit check on the basis that the landlord would proceed with my offer. Then made me wait 3 days as they apparently "couldn't get hold of the landlord" Even though they continued to hold viewings for the property over the weekend. Then stated a number of outrageous stipulations (which was never outlined before) in order to try and put me off from proceeding with me offer. RACIST company. I felt nothing but discrimination from the way i have been treated. I will forward all of my correspondence onto the financial Ombudsman to review.

We sold our property with JNP recently and the Team in High Wycombe were great, very professional and responsive. We chose them because in our area we’d noticed they appeared to be the agents whose boards changed from ‘Fors Sale’ to ‘Sold’ most frequently. My first contact was with Michael, who not only comprehensively explained the process to me but also, when I said I wanted the house on the market ASAP, went straight back to the office and returned with his camera within the hour and took all the photos - We were on the market within a couple of days. We then dealt with both Martin, who was friendly and helpful, and mainly Caroline, who was great and proved such a valuable link between us and our conveyancer, as we were constantly frustrated by the lack of response from the latter. We feel that Caroline went above and beyond for us and that things would have dragged on for much longer if it wasn’t for her help in chasing and pushing the process along.
We would like to make it clear that the 5 stars are for Caroline and the Team in Wycombe and definitely NOT for JNP’s ‘in-house’ Conveyancers Premier Property Lawyers, who we would not recommend to anyone!

Take ages to reply, ended up dealing with 4 agents for 1 house. Then showed interest in the property as the first applicant interested, was told they were closed for a week so not to worry about other people putting offers and viewing the property... and came back to them having seen another 8 people greatly decreasing my chance of being accepted.. complete waste of time and energy and the process is a load of waffle.. genuinely wouldn't want anyone else wasting their time so bare this in mind. From viewing other reviews, seems to be a pattern with the "selection process"

Recently we have to relocate from Germany to UK. As part of process JNP team assisted in securing place in High Wycombe. Team is very responsive and friendly. It eased my process. Initially Xenia helped me with process and she guided with all required steps. It made lot of value to set the stage. Further she went on leave and my application has been picked up by other colleague Shaun. I can see that Shaun is very proactive and responds to all emails very promptly, of course even for a simple query. He makes sure all points are clarified and more importantly answers them with lots of patience. Sitting in Germany and getting tenancy agreement is a real challenge for me. Arranged a viewing with Lloyd for Saturday at 11:30 am. Arrived only to be left waiting, tried calling the office and no answer.
Luckily the previous tenant showed up with their removal people. She called her contact as she was not made aware of any viewing taking place. They advised nothing was booked in on their system and asked that we call the office. The office that doesn't answer the phone of course.
We decided that if a company is this poorly managed and unprofessional then they aren't worth getting involved with.
Try your luck if you dare, but be prepared to be very disappointed.

We recently moved from west london to High Wycombe we went to all the estate agents along the strip where they all are and booked lots of properties to view. We fell in love with a property and went to view it and its were we came across Lloyd I have to say he has been the most helpful and supportive to help us move in to the property we wanted. Me and my wife were meant to view a house in town centre of wycombe at 10:30 this saturday. We went there by 20 past 10 just to make sure we are not going to be late. Waiting outside the property for 25 minutes trying to call the phone number left in the email of the confirmation , we get no answer ... we are coming out the car to get close to the house just to make sure the agent is not missing us , and in the end we get a call back from them saying that the agent Simon was outside the property waiting for us 15 minutes from 10:30 left us a voicemail and left. It is absolutely incredible we where there all that time we where trying to call them wondering where they are and never received any messages... i had a bad experience regardin the situation and i will never go back to JNP HIGH WYCOMBE ... We took 2 days off from work just to see the property eventually renting for an year at least , and then beeing let down by the staff ...! I will low rate the experience and next time be more carefully with this kind of situations

I have mixed reviews with regards to my experience with JNP during our year and a half of renting. First of all when our agreement was at the final stages, Luke, who was dealing with the sign up became very bullish, pressuring us to sign the contract by his deadline. i can only assume this was to meet his commission quota. We complained and thankfully Ben, the lettings manager took over, resulting in everything going smoothly, meeting both our and landlords pre tenancy requests.
During the tenancy, we had no complaints, however, at the end of the tenancy, again Ben had to step in, as Sebastian was delaying in getting our deposit returned by not chasing the landlord.
In my opinion, Ben and Michael are the only 2 professional people working in the lettings department I dealt with. Luke, Trefton and Sebastian are professional until you have a complaint against how they resolve a situation then they become unhelpful, put down the phone during mid conversation, do not return calls and tell collegues to say they are in a meeting and can not come to the phone.
As a tenant, i would not use JNP as an agent again due to the stress and unnecessary frustration they put us through. If you have to use them, be prepared to go through stress and agony.

Rented a property with these guys. Should've read the reviews before ever approaching this company. After leaving the property, I was charged over £450 for absolutely ridiculous. menial expenses that have no validity to them.
Am currently in the process of arguing and disputing the charges but I can see they have done this before and not many people have had luck in getting the money returned so I'm not holding my breath.
These guys are rude and don't care about their tenants.
Not impressed with money being taken for no reason.
Am recommending that everyone stay away unless they want to be ripped off.
For the icing on the cake - I was in the property only 1 year and 10 months and for 6 months of it I didn't have hot water! Let me repeat - NO HOT WATER!!
That's why I had to leave, and then to be charged extra is laughable. I should charge them for 6 month's worth of cold showers and aggro.

After 5 months with another estate agent, JNP sold our house on the first day, at the first viewing! Their valuation was accurate and realistic and the service they provided was fantastic. Particularly heartfelt thanks go to Caroline, whose support was invaluable and who (quite literally) fought her way through a blizzard to make sure our exchange went through on time. Big rip off they are just in it to steal your money they took the property off us and put it back on market and fefused to give £285 back, lloyd is about as much use as a wet tissue didn't even get back to us. We got back £50 as a good will gesture (good will my ar**) will never use or recommend them ever.????

JNP have provided me with excellent service over a period of seven years. I had to move quickly for work and JNP took me through the process of renting out my flat. As a novice landlord it was great to have their experience on my side whilst I had a series of tenants (with no gaps). Eventually I needed to sell my flat and JNP helped me to transition from renting out to selling. JNP handled all the viewings for my flat and gave me prompt and helpful feedback. I had previously purchased my flat through JNP, then rented it through JNP and the service was excellent. I have recently sold the flat and
right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally.

Although the purchase of our new property had been an actual nightmare from the second we bid to exchange of contracts, it was not caused by JNP (the sellers agent) and Caroline Castle our negotiator was the most helpful person throughout the process. Caroline pushed solicitors and my agent right form the off, always called me back when she said she would (which, believe me, doesn't happen throughout the chain) constantly keeping us updated in a very friendly and professional manner. We had so many delays caused by all sorts of issues, which although fairly standard in a sale/purchase with a chain, seemed to happen at every turn with our chain, and although she was as frustrated as we were, Caroline made it all the more easier for us knowing we had someone fighting our corner. If we ever sell again, JNP will be the agent, but only if Caroline is in charge :-)

Everything is going really well, we have been dealing with Steve, Mark and Caroline all of which have been so helpful and replying to emails and phone calls very quickly. Would highly recommend.

The conveyancing team have a system called eway so you can track everything that is going on, download documents etc. Really good and would highly recommend

We used JNP High Wycombe to sell my wife's elderly parents house so that they could move nearer to us. A few things really impressed us:
Graeme really gives you confidence that he is working in your best interests, whether it be in negotiating an offer with a potential buyer, re-negotiating after the survey has been done, or when there are issues with solicitors etc. He was also very understanding of our requirements and it was obvious that he listened, understood and then tailored his service to our needs.
We also received feedback after every viewing and all viewings were accompanied. Needless to say, a fantastic buyer was found within less than 8 weeks (which included the Christmas period, so you could say 5-6 weeks in reality).
Once the sale was agreed, we exchanged contracts in less than 6 weeks. Very happy!!
In short, if you want to sell a property in High Wycombe and you wish to be treated with respect, professionalism and empathy, then I recommend you contact Graeme Pierce at JNP.
