Keagan White were excellent throughout each stage of selling my flat. Miranda gave me really clear initial advice, answered all of my questions thoroughly and created a fantastic sales brochure. The flat sold within just a few days despite other properties from the same development being on the market. Lenny was excellent at communicating each step of the process and gave excellent advice. I was also given a super recommendation for a solicitor. Very impressive service was provided from start to finish - professional, proactive, supportive and enthusiastic. We would highly recommend them! Valuations of our property varied widely, but Keegan White's assessment proved to be at the correct level - generating plenty of interest and promptly producing a very reasonable offer. The percentage charged by Keegan White was the lowest of the four estate agents approached, but this did not reduce the time and energy put at our disposal. Marketing was done swiftly but thoroughly, and included a virtual tour. Sound advice was given on how to respond to offers, and explanations were readily provided when we were baffled about some aspect of the sales process. A watchful eye was kept on progress along the chain, and when it became known that a mortgage offer further down the chain would soon expire, diplomatic pressure was exerted in the right quarters to ensure that completion took place before expiry. Our stress levels were markedly reduced from having an agency we could rely on. For this we are most grateful. Particular thanks to Miranda, who oversaw the sale. Thanks also to Paula, who built up a relationship with the buyers. Thanks also to Lenny and Nick who added their input during critical phases.... Read more
