A big thanks to my propert manager Kshitija, her communication was seamless, I was always kept informed about any updates or issues. Minimal viewings, very poor communication once in contract, agent representatives were late for all viewings conducted. Our experience buying our first house with fox and sons haywards Heath was sadly more than disappointing. They treated the seller with respect and the buyer nothing but scum. We were lied to in order to ensure we signed on with their in house broker (who was amazing) but we were bullied into that decision and made to feel like our house was at risk if we didn’t comply with their demands.
We were treated this way throughout all of our interactions with them and would never recommend them to any buyer or seller.

From the initial valuation of my property with Ben, to sourcing potential buyers and arranging viewings, the process has been really smooth. The team managed to find a buyer within a few weeks of the property being advertised in a very tricky/difficult market. Especially when it was so close to Christmas. Bryon always kept me up to date on the progress of viewings and was respectful when showing viewers my home. Once I had an offer on the property, Zoe stepped in and kept me updated on the progress of the sale at various points. Gareth, our mortgage broker, helped us navigate through the mortgage process and managed to secure us an excellent mortgage for our circumstances. He was always available to help with our queries, response were always quick and what we thought would be a stressful process was made very simple and easy. From the first time we booked an appointment with Fox & Sons it just felt right - the ease of getting someone to come see us and view the property, the friendliness and professionalism of the manager Ben, the simplicity of the T&Cs, all through to getting photos done and listing the property. It all went so smooth! And then the viewings came pouring in, and in no time a buyer made an offer and we accepted. Ben & Louis kept us in the loop all the way - we felt quite assured that they had our best interest at heart (they actually got us a higher price then we hoped for!!!). And if we ever needed to contact them all it took was one phone call or email and we had the answer we needed.
A few months down the line now - we are settled in our new place and cannot stop smiling at how easy Fox & Sons, and especially Ben & Louis, have made our dreams come true. A massive thank you to them and all the team there.

Their recommendation to use a certain large legal company for the conveyancing was, however, an unforgivable mistake. I concur with most other reviewers: the lettings service is wonderful and the sales department terrible. Adam was enormously helpful in guiding us through the process of renting a home. Some of his lettings team colleagues in other offices have been difficult and downright rude, but we've almost reached the end of our tenancy without too many mishaps.
We also let the sales department know we wanted to buy a property asap. The moment we said we were cash buyers they suddenly had nothing in our price range. Despite several suitable properties appearing on their web site, we have never received a single email or phone call from them, which does rather support the contention that they will only sell to people who use their mortgage service.

I needed an agent to find me a tenant. Not living locally these days I needed someone I felt I could trust and when I met Adam Locker from Fox & Sons I immediately felt that he was someone with whom I could work. He listened and understood my requirements and soon matched me with a very pleasant young family to rent my property.
My only gripe was with their documentation team who were unwilling to remove certain clauses from the Tenancy Agreement, even though they did not apply to the property in any way! They will not customise their standard agreement further than the change of names, addresses and rental price!

We have dealt with this agent in renting our beautiful new home in Haywards Heath. I cannot illustrate enough how helpful, kind and thoughtful the entire staff are, in particular Adam Locker.
We had spoken with him in reference to the property as he was dealing as the middle man with the landlord themselves. It was a complicated situation to the usual renting situation due to the nature of the landlord being a charity and helped us to get through this process smoothly. As someone with disabilities he helped a huge amount in securing the ability to keep my therapy dog in the home alongside any future aids needed in the home. Extremely helpful and I cannot recommend them and him enough. Thank you Adam, you have made us an extremely happy family.

Our experience of viewing recently was pretty woeful. Recorded all the wrong details so could not return calls/email. Only seemed interesting in securing a mortgage appointment having asked 5 times before I even made it in the first room of the first viewing. And very odd marketing advice to owners having marketed all over rightmove etc at one price (for some time) even though the owner would only accept more - under a bazaar 'guide price' strategy. Shows a distinct lack of buyer behaviour and market awareness

Fox & Sons are the absolute pits. They are incredibly pushy and have zero knowledge of the properties they show you. They will bombard you with emails of properties outside of your price range and pester you with phone calls despite not having any answers to questions you've asked. I had to be very forceful in saying no to speaking to their broker, the man (boy) in the office kept pushing me despite saying no four times. Seriously dreadful business. If I saw my dream house advertised with them I still wouldn't even consider using them.
