I have previously rented through this branch of Fox and Sons which was a really positive, friendly and efficient experience in itself.
We finally took the plunge and purchased a property, which again was listed through Fox and Sons. Zoe played a real key role offering advice and what needed to be done next; sorely needed for me as a first time buyer.
Zoe went above and beyond to assist; being really proactive and keen resolve any issues ASAP.
Zoe is a credit to the branch.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but Fox & Sons (Haywards Heath) team have been absolute gems. From the initial valuation of my property with Ben, to sourcing potential buyers and arranging viewings, the process has been really smooth. The team managed to find a buyer within a few weeks of the property being advertised in a very tricky/difficult market. Especially when it was so close to Christmas. Bryon always kept me up to date on the progress of viewings and was respectful when showing viewers my home. Once I had an offer on the property, Zoe stepped in and kept me updated on the progress of the sale at various points. I don't have a bad word to say about this team, just keep doing what you are doing, THANK YOU!

Process of buying a house is quite stressful and everyone can have a different experience depending from so many predictable and unpredictable factors .
My experience with Fox and sons (Haywards Heath team ) was very good ,not only because of the successful result but also for the honest and clear communication between all involved parties.

My husband and I recently purchased our first house through Fox and Sons. As we are first time buyers we were unsure what to expect. From our first meeting we were put at ease and very impressed with the whole process. Gareth, our mortgage broker, helped us navigate through the mortgage process and managed to secure us an excellent mortgage for our circumstances. He was always available to help with our queries, response were always quick and what we thought would be a stressful process was made very simple and easy. I would highly recommend the mortgage services at Fox and Sons to anyone.
During our purchase we were helped by Zoe. Zoe was always available to help with our many queries and concerns, and worked above and beyond to escalate our exchange so that we could complete on our chosen date. She always answered our queries quickly and with kindness. We will forever be grateful to Zoe for her kindness and support during the process.
We highly recommend Fox and Sons services for house purchasing & mortgages. The entire process was very quick, easy and stress reduced due to the fantastic team who work very hard. Should we ever move we will absolutely sell with Fox & Sons.

A thoroughly professional team who dealt superbly with a tricky sale after an acrimonious split. The sales team always went above and beyond to get matters progressing and achieved a great result all round. Special mention to the sales manager Ben Pester who helped me buy and then sell the house, and to Zoe Simmonds whose calm and professional manner eased tensions between the sellers, and reduced friction between the sellers and buyers after lengthy delays caused by one of the selling parties. I'd recommend Fox and Sons HH and would have no hesitation in using them again myself if the need arose.

We needed an early valuation of our property in order to make some major decisions and asked Fox & Sons, as one of a number of agencies, to provide this. The valuation was undertaken by Lily Ross-Thomas. Lily engaged with us in a friendly, thorough and professional way, giving us just what we needed. Understanding the likely price is one thing, the other is how hard or easy it is likely to be to sell, and we found Lily’s evidence-based assessment both impressive and useful. Although we are still some distance from going ahead, we would be likely to have further discussions with Fox & Sons come the time.
