We were recently shown several properties by a young and enthusiastic estate agent Chris Wards from Connells in Haywards Heath. From the very start, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was patient throughout all the viewings, answering our questions with confidence and honesty. We have not moved home for many years, but we have decided to purchase a Bungalow for our retirement. We chose Connells as they have a good reputation. We met with Greg, and he was brilliant. He explained the whole process to us in detail and took us through the stages step by step. He was always on hand should we have any concerns or questions. Greg was reasuring and put our minds at ease during this draughting process. Great service and a big thanks to Greg and his team.

They are the worst estate agent, I have ever seen. My mistake I bought a property through these guys in last Oct-2021 and till today July-2022, I couldn't able to complete my sale. They referred a rubbish solicitor to seller (just for their commission) and that lady is not working at all. Total 9 months now, still nothing has done. I've chased Connells during this time but no help. They are not answering to mails, every time they are telling me sale department guys are in meeting, no call back. My mortgage offer is expiry now in a week time so end up with time waste and money just due to these guys. Buyer and seller, we both are suffering and if you're home owner, please avoid them if you want your sale go a head. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's not the easiest time to be purchasing a property literally throughout the COVID lockdown, but the team and Connells were amazing and consistently professional. They kept me up-to-date throughout the whole elongated process and were very responsive - resulting in a successful completion post lockdown. Very good service. Buyers was found a few months after placing the property. Apart from the selling fees which were the lowest I could find, Patrick who dealt with the sale of my property was very supportive; he contacted 'buyers' who he knew were looking to buy within the particular area, arranged and also held viewings.
I will recommend this company to closest family and friends with no reservations as I am very impressed with the excellent service provided.

Isobel has gone above and beyond to make the current tenancy run smoothly and provided fantastic support and communication. Not cooperative with tenants. There is no sync in the updates received on an issue from the agents. They will re-read the policies to you and donot hesitate to say it was someone else looking into this issue so far, and I am not responsible for it. Least bothered to empathize.
