Minimal viewings, very poor communication once in contract, agent representatives were late for all viewings conducted. Service agreed and promised was not delivered at any point over a five week period.

I was impressed with there selling strategy and got offers (above the asking price) from the first open day They are very good with all communications between me, my solicitors. The buyer and the buyers solicitors. It was a fast and smooth process and would definitely use them again

She supported me every step in selling my flat what were really tough market conditions. Amy had great advice to share and I always felt like she was doing her utmost for the property. My flat was just a small flat in the Michons portfolio but I could not have got a more dedicated and responsive service: Hard to imagine a more savvy and organised estate agent. If you are reading this review, don’t think twice, Amy is the person you need!

15th Aug 2024 (28 days ago)Really disappointed with the service at Greenaway Residential - East Grinstead. Greenaway acquired spaces in a private car park in East Grinstead, which as a very local resident with nowhere to park, I enquired as soon as I heard. After months of chasing every week for a space, after being told the owner of the car park hasn’t signed the contract, or the owner hasn’t passed on the keys, along with other delays, I finally heard from a neighbour that they had managed to secure a space through Greenaways, I called the office right away, and was told all the spaces had suddenly gone. I was so disappointed to hear, as due to being a keen chaser for a space, I was told by employees at Greenaways that I was “top of the list” to get a space after chasing the most, and was also told they they hadn’t heard from a lot of others who initially enquired about a space so “they’d dropped off the list”. I now have no options to park at my flat, and I’m just really disappointed with how poorly managed the car park spaces have been.
