Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. Overall, we found the viewing to be smooth, informative, and genuinely excellent- 26th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)In a difficult market Richard and team did a brilliant job. Great communication from start to finish. We loved the cards that house viewers filled in to give instant feedback when they looked around. Mark Revill were ambitious but realistic. I will use them again.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.

He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
