Eventually our buyers came along and we moved a week ago from Cuckfield to Newick. We could have considered moving agents but felt it was best to stay with the original team. Thank you

If you’re looking for a property and you want excellent customer service, there’s no one else you’d want to speak to aside from Brendan!
We were looking to purchase a home recently and Brendan was genuinely attentive to all of our requirements. That’s something you don’t see very often when dealing with realtors. This reflected in his professional mannerism when communicating with us. He suggested we see a property that ticked every box we could possibly think of- and it took just one telephone call! Needless to say, we loved it! Whilst sadly we didn’t end up purchasing the property (due to reasons beyond his control), we really appreciated the efforts Brendan made throughout our dealings.

5 star premium service from the team at Cubitt & West Haywards Heath. David was extremely knowledable about the market and gave us some helpful feedback when valuing the property. He developed a tailored marketing plan to give us the best possible chance of achieving a quick sale which also resulted in 2 offers over the asking price. Brendan and Ryan were also really helpful throughout the process and really took the time to find out about the property before conducting any viewings. Overall, really pleased with the service and would highly recommend the team. Fees are slightly higher than other agents but they make up for it ten fold in the service they provide.

I can not thank them all enough. Cubitt and west are not the cheapest agent but they are worth every penny. Don’t devalue what estate agents do by picking the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

We sold our house via the Haywards Heath branch of Cubbit and West.
David and his team ( Gemma and Rebecca) were brilliant, professional and efficient. From our initial meeting they demonstrated how quickly they could get our property out to many many people and how they would market our property. They had a lot of information on our local area are recently properties sold.
The process from our first meeting, to photos to online, viewings and then being sold was incredibly quick.
Our house sold after the first open day of viewings. From a complete chain to moving day was 12 weeks and 1 day, that was with Christmas in the middle (and a soliciter going on holiday ). A pretty smooth process considering.
As a team of professionals they worked well as a team in their branch and they worked well for us and with us.
Veronica at the Haywards Heath branch was brilliant. She worked super hard to help us, and we are very grateful, for the hard work she put in behind the scenes liasing with the chain of buyers/sellers and soliciters involved. Thank you Veronica.

We had a few bumps in the road, no fault of Cubitt, just the situation, but David and Veronica went over and above to get it over the line and were always approachable, polite, friendly and supportive, as was Rebecca. We could not recommend Cubitt and West Haywards Heath more highly.
Our house was marketed perfectly and sold the first weekend of viewings. When our buyers fell through, David was incredible at getting the property back on the market and sold again within a few days. Our sales progressor (and David himself) were always just a phonecall away to discuss any issues.
Had previously had the property for sale briefly with another agency in Haywards Heath and the service offered by Cubitt and West was miles ahead.

These have to be the best estate agents I have dealt with . I purchased a house through Cubit and West Haywards Heath in 2021 and I’m now in the process of buying another as a buy to let. The property purchase went through so smoothly and I was kept informed all the way. Rebecca dealt with my initial and follow up viewings and David dealt with the sale, both extremely professional. I used there online solicitors which was easy . Mandi arranged a great mortgage deal and she has so much mortgage knowledge. Everything completed smoothly and to the timescales I wanted. They went above and beyond. I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you want transparency, professionalism and hassle free buying or selling these are the people to use.

Now the dust has started to settle on my recent move and Ive had time to reflect, I think its a good time to look back on Cubitt & West.
From start to finish the service I received from David, Elliott and particularly Rebecca was brilliant. I had my flat on with another agent with little interest for a few months which was frustrating in a buoyant market so I moved to a 'high street' agent which in honesty I was reluctant to do. Thankfully it was the best decision I could have made.
There were updates when needed, I never had to chase, Rebecca in particular was always at the end of the phone if I ever needed her and in the midst of a pandemic, working full time, home schooling and buying and selling a home, I really did need her!
They sold my property quickly and supported me through the whole process, I cant fault them!
Aside from the service from Cubit & West I was also recommended to use one of the Conveyancers they suggest and this turned out to be the best conveyancing experience I have honestly ever had.
It was such a good overall experience that I have already recommended both Cubit & West and the Conveyancer to friends.

We chose Cubitt & West to try and help us sell our flat. At first the relationship went well and we were able to secure a buyer, but as time went on our buyer pulled out, we were blamed for 'not moving quickly enough' although at the time the housing market had shut down due to Covid-19... We were also very unimpressed when we vacated for a weekend so that C&W could do some viewings and on return we found that our flat had been left unlocked the entire weekend! Incredibly poor security and customer care. Additionally, the solicitors that C&W recommend were unresponsive and very hard to work with. We ultimately left C&W and completed our sale with Mansells.

Originally they weren't on our 'shortlist' of agents we had coming round to value the property, David (Branch Manager) managed to persuade us to giving them a chance and I'm glad he did. Our flat sold within 5 days of going on the market for a very good price.
Rebecca was fantastic and gave helpful advice with regards to the property we were going on to buy. Elliot was professional and enthusiastic about our property and you get the feeling from the team overall that you are in good hands. We also used their recommended mortgage broker who was able to get us a really good deal where other brokers were unable to. Would definitely recommend David's team and would consider using them again in future if we moved.
