Fox and sons is a one reliable letting agent I got to know during my tedious house hunt. I got to know this reliable, efficient and prompt service delivery agent the day I was disappointed by an agent. Catherine welcomed me with a smiling face booked me for a property viewing and let was agreed under a week. Lydia the letting negotiator was a joy with excellent professional candor. In fact,fox and sons is a place to go and Catherine and Lydia is an asset to the team.

Asked this company to quote to sell our house, but did not use them, but was constantly hassled by calls from them during our selling process. I told them to stop calling us but they ignored this. Beware!

Lydia and Catharine are a credit to the F&S team at Salisbury.
Both aided in getting us into a new rental property in a very short space of time, during a very busy period (we are unbelievably grateful considering we also rent with a dog, too - which has proved difficult until we spoke to F&S). Both always willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions or queries.
Overall, a branch full of friendly, approachable staff who give outstanding service. We are feeling very lucky we now have agents we can ACTUALLY rely on! Thank you to Lydia and Catharine for your help and time.

We could not have completed our purchase without Amber at Fox and Sons. As first time buyers we were completely clueless on the whole purchasing a home process and Amber was there every step of the way to help explain what was next and what we needed to do. She went above and beyond with making sure our solicitors were on top of everything over the 7 months with daily phone calls and emails/ alongside making sure we were always updated. Without Amber going out of her way to keep chasing daily we would not have completed when we did. Me and my partner cannot recommend her enough, and will definitely be using fox and sons again in the future for any selling/purchasing.

Fox and Sons have dealt with my property when rented and during my sale. On every occasion their service has been great. However, recently during the sale and purchase of my new house things became complicated, frustrating and would have fallen through if it hadn't been for Sophie. Sophie was able to reach the top of the chain and keep me (and the chain) fully informed when other Estate agents were unable to, she liaised with the solicitors and other Estate agents obtaining updates, pushing and progressing things forward. She even listened to me when I felt like things were about to fall through. Her negotiation skills were excellent and she managed to speak to my buyer on several occasions (and others) to keep the chain intact. I am convinced that without her this sale would have definitely fallen through. Thank you Sophie for your persistence, support and determination to see this through, also for keeping me sane.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Lydia and Catherine did an excellent job in assisting to rent a property within a short span of time in this competitive market. Fox and Sons five stars I’m giving thanks for our new home Lydia Hopkins made it possible I was told when looking for a new home it’s going to be a real headache and downs more than ups But Lydia made it look like a walk in the park I strongly recommend when buying or renting a home Fox and Sons is the way to go they literally take the stress away from you.
