I had the pleasure of using the services of the Lettings team from the Salisbury branch and I have, so far, been very impressed with them. Lydia from the lettings team was able to visit late on the same day I rang them, discussed a marketing plan with me onsite and took numerous professional photos of the property. Just over a week later tenants moved in paying the full monthly asking price. The speed of the operation was far in excess of my expectations and I am grateful to them for making my life as a landlord much easier!

Looking to view a property and the whole sales team were very professional. I don't usually like commenting on individuals however on this occasion top marks to Millie for phone manner and assistance. Also top marks to Albi (punctual, polite, well presented) for being patient during the viewing and going the extra mile in getting us back into the city after wards. We have bought and sold with Fox and Sons on a number of occasions over decades and never been disappointed. Well done team and thank you. ????

Now I am a little sceptical of estate agents (sorry!!), from previous experiences where they haven't been honest and genuine with me, so when I purchased a flat to rent I tentatively reached out to Fox and Sons to enquire about managing it for me... I met Catherine Boate, from the Salisbury branch, and she was amazing and put me at ease from the start! She is genuine, helpful, honest and came back to me every time I emailed in a question to her, even answering my silly questions! I cannot thank her (and now her team!) enough for the help she has given me - as I want to be a lovely, kind landlord and not one of those terrible ones we all hear about - and Catherine and her team have helped me enormously. Thank you Catherine!

Fox & Sons are the best letting agents I’ve used - a quick easy process thanks to Lydia and Catherine who were very responsive throughout! They kept us up to date and nothing was too much trouble. They even managed to get us into the property 2 days earlier. Highly recommend using this estate agent!

Fox and sons is a reliable letting agency I got to know during my horrific house hunting. I was told about reliable,efficient and prompt service delivery agent from the day I got to UK. I walked into the office and Catherine booked me for an appointment and say Lydia will meet me at my viewing.Lydia is the letting negotiator it was a joy when I say to her Lydia I need this NOT WANT but NEED she say okay. Her excellent professional candor is overwhelming. Fox and sons is a place to go and for your letting. Catherine and Lydia is an asset to the team. Thank you very much.
