Really hard working staff who made a brilliant effort throughout the sales process up until we eventually completed on our home. Even though then were working for our sellers and not us as the buyers, they were so helpful throughout the process and really helped move things along by putting pressure on some ridiculously slow solicitors. Ellie-Mae in particular was brilliant! Thanks Frank Innes!

We put our house on the market with Frank Innes after 25 years of living in the same house, so to say we were unsure of the process was an understatement but we have found everyone we engage with at Bingham extremely supportive and helpful, never showing frustration at the multiple questions we ask. They have guided and advised us on the best course of action but never pressured us in a particular direction, gave options and let us decide what is best for us. Thank you for all your help and support, what a brilliant team.

We used Frank Innes after a poor experience previously with an online agent. Ellie & Mia were so warm and friendly and loved our house, which gave us the confidence they would sell it quickly, and they did! The process takes several weeks and can be stressful but throughout, we were kept informed and they were polite and professional at all times. Thank you so much both for your time, efforts and professionalism. We would highly recommend.

We booked in with this agency to view a property and asked if we could move the viewing to an earlier to due to other commitments. We were then sent a postcode for the property which took us to the incorrect address. The agent called us and we explained that their postcode had sent us to the wrong location and that we were a few minutes away. We used the Rightmove property location map to find the address and were 7 minutes late. The agent answered the door and told us we would now need to wait 5 minutes as another viewing had turned up early. We waited for 15-20 minutes before knocking on the door again and explaining that we booked it for a specific time due to other commitments and were told very rudely "well, you were late" to which I replied "yes, by 7 minutes" and was then told to wait outside again. I also had my two young children with me and because she refused to wait, we could not view the property we had made the trip to see. Needless to say the agents attitude as a representative of this company has made us never want to deal with this agent again.

I Recently moved home through letting agents Frank Innes, the whole process happened very quickly and easily, with the help of a young lady named Calsie from the Bingham office.
She was very attentive in guiding me through it from beginning to end.
I had no problems reaching her whenever I had a question or query and a slight hiccup we came across (my error on some paperwork) was easily resolved.
I would be more than happy to use them Frank Innes in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
