this was my first time moving and they made it such an easy experience. i most definitely was not the easiest of their customers, i would ring them at least once a day with a question about the application process and they were brilliant with dealing with my queries. i’ve now moved into the property which had a few issues to begin with and they’ve contacted the landlord who is now getting a contractor out, so they were great with that. i also wanted to change the date my rent was due which they made a simple and quick process. To say this was my first ever move and should’ve been at least a somewhat stressful experience they made it such a smooth experience and explained everything to me in a way i understood as a first time tenant. absolutely brilliant service from everyone there

We booked in with this agency to view a property and asked if we could move the viewing to an earlier to due to other commitments. We were then sent a postcode for the property which took us to the incorrect address. The agent called us and we explained that their postcode had sent us to the wrong location and that we were a few minutes away. We used the Rightmove property location map to find the address and were 7 minutes late. The agent answered the door and told us we would now need to wait 5 minutes as another viewing had turned up early. We waited for 15-20 minutes before knocking on the door again and explaining that we booked it for a specific time due to other commitments and were told very rudely "well, you were late" to which I replied "yes, by 7 minutes" and was then told to wait outside again. I also had my two young children with me and because she refused to wait, we could not view the property we had made the trip to see. Needless to say the agents attitude as a representative of this company has made us never want to deal with this agent again.

I Recently moved home through letting agents Frank Innes, the whole process happened very quickly and easily, with the help of a young lady named Calsie from the Bingham office.

I own a house that is rented through this company, I would not recommend them to anyone. The tenants have never paid on time, and have been served notice to vacate the property but the Frank Innes office have done nothing at all to assist me in the process, including not informing me that the tenants are still in the property one month after they should have vacated. There have been no property inspections for years and the house is now in a terrible state and will need full renovations.

No accountability... Then the complaint procedure is them investigating themselves.
Everyone has been covering for the next person. They drag the complaint process as long as possible but don't take responsibility anyway.
Stay far away from this agent!!!!

Terrible service. No accountability. Do not deserve the 1 star rating. Moved into a place that was filthy, mould everywhere, many broken things, dog fur all over the house, terrible smell, paint stained tiles, broken tiles, personal belongings of previous tenant still there.
They refuse to take responsibility and have tons of excuses.
I had to find the owners of the property to let them know what was going on. Now the owners are also in a dispute with them. Frank Innes still not taking responsibility.
Absolutely shocking. Their audacity is unbelievable.

They have no sense to being professional. They literally kicked me out of the house in the middle of tenancy. Now it’s been 49 days they still haven’t returned my deposit. If I call the agency they ask me to talk to the landlord who has blocked my number and when I manged to call from another number landlord said its agency responsibility and the James from agency is not even taking my call whenever I call he will call you back and I don’t receive any calls. I want my deposit back.

As landlords we have been using this branch of Frank Innes as letting agents for about eight years now . From the start the staff have always been extremely helpful and made us feel they have our best interests at heart. They have dealt with the inevitable minor repairs quickly and efficiently and, very importantly, with cost in mind. They have provided reasonable quotes for repairs and the billing and income invoices have always been clear and easily understood. When the need has arisen they have also found tenants for us extremely quickly and in this area too they have been very clear about the costs involved. We have been particularly impressed with Laura and James and have come to trust their judgement and expertise. Between them they have taken away much of the worry of renting out properties. I’ve never seen such a poor performance from an estate agency .
My partner rented a house with them , wanted to put me on the tenancy so I could move in , they took the charge but never put me on the tenancy . Then on the 3rd of October handed the keys back , left the house in a better condition to what he got it in . Still waiting for the deposit , it’s been 5 weeks and they keep making some sort of excuses . Never had such a hassle to receive the deposit back. They don’t communicate at all , always have to be chased around to get any sort of information .
Definitely won’t be using Frank Innes in the future

Started off well - Glen being a great agent and the sign up process swift and efficient. HOWEVER. Having moved out the property beginning of January I am still to receive my deposit back despite numerous requests which all appear to falling upon deaf ears.
I am very shocked at the unprofessionalism here and even a threat of this review here clearly did not do the trick. If you are looking for a swift check out procedure avoid, you will have a nightmare getting your deposit back.

After being recommended by family to use Frank Innes, we had a meeting and realised they were exactly what we were looking for in an estate agent. When Lisa first came to us to talk about the selling process, one question she asked that remains with me was, "what are you looking for in an estate agent?" We explained that this was the first time we had sold a house, so needed a lot of 'hand holding', she reassured us this would not be a problem and they did not disappoint.
Their friendly, relaxed, personable, but professional approach ticked all the boxes that we were looking for to give us confidence in an otherwise quite stressful experience that house buying tends to be. All of the staff in the Bingham office in Nottingham are really helpful, but Ian and Lisa (The Manager) have been great. Ian sold our house within days and anytime we have needed support with advice or paper work, both Ian and Lisa have been there any time we needed them.
We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use them again if and when we sell our next house! Thanks guy's.

The Bingham team have been really helpful in the marketing of our property. We have had plenty of viewings in a short space of time and communication between the agency and us as vendors has been second to none. Would whole heartedly recommend to anyone selling locally!
