Frank innes have been excellent so far as I have just moved out and started renting my own flat. I hadn’t seen the property in person but the video tour that was provided was excellent and when I arrived the property looked even better than in the videos, I was very pleased. Furthermore, Sandra was extremely helpful and informative and the move in was quick and efficient.

I'm currently buying a property through Frank Innes and have found them to be professional, efficient and friendly. Dylan Mahal, in particular has done a lot to organise viewings for me and to respond to my questions about properties very quickly. I would highly recommend this agent to any buyer.

Not replying and not picking up the phone, I’ve been trying to get wifi installed in my flat for a month and I don’t have access to the wifi cupboard and don’t know who actually holds the key. I call the office and they don’t pick up the phone. I email and they don’t respond. Maintenance have been good at fixing issues but they are separate to frank innes who don’t seem to do very much once you’ve signed the contract.

My partner and I have just been through the moving process with Frank Innes. As previously moving house within the Nottingham area, we were dreading having to do it all again. Other agencies we’ve been with before have been rude and unethical. We were so pleasantly surprised and grateful for how personal and professional Abby was when helping us with our move. We recently dealt with Matthew from Frank Innes at Coalville. After a lengthy process trying to find a suitable home, and many viewings with various agencies, we finally found our forever home with Matt & what a pleasant and stress free experience it was. From originally viewing the property, I found matt to be extremely helpful and informative, he sold the property EXTREMELY well & I did notice how knowledgeable he was on the area, any questions we had were answered promptly & matt seemed to have a genuine desire to help. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and quick, which was imperative for us. Also dealt with Nicola, who was extremely helpful too! Overall a lovely estate agents who I would recommend to anyone selling or looking for their home. Thanks guys!
