Gabriella has been enormously helpful with helping us from the point of initial enquiry through to key handover with our flat rental. She has always responded in a timely and polite manner, both over phone and email, and has answered all the questions we have had. Great experience using Frank Innes, Bingham for our recent house purchase. Alfie was consistently our point of contact throughout; despite the fact that he mentioned that he was new to the job, he was always friendly and helpful with great communication skills.
