Shocking experience.
Booked a viewing for a property, arrived 10mins before. No-one showed up. Waited 30mins. Called them and was told the viewing had been cancelled since they could not get access to the building and no one bothered to inform me.
Got another call from Frank Innes rep regarding another property. Tried to discuss my concerns regarding the previous booking that was cancelled without intimation but the rep was socially inept, and kept putting the blame on me by stating I cancelled that viewing.
Was not expecting this from a letting agency with such good ratings on Google. An extreme let down.

We recently dealt with Matthew from Frank Innes at Coalville. After a lengthy process trying to find a suitable home, and many viewings with various agencies, we finally found our forever home with Matt & what a pleasant and stress free experience it was. From originally viewing the property, I found matt to be extremely helpful and informative, he sold the property EXTREMELY well & I did notice how knowledgeable he was on the area, any questions we had were answered promptly & matt seemed to have a genuine desire to help. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and quick, which was imperative for us. Also dealt with Nicola, who was extremely helpful too! Overall a lovely estate agents who I would recommend to anyone selling or looking for their home. Thanks guys!
