This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.... Read more

I have a ongoing issues with my tenancy. Most of the Maintenance is not being carried out. When it is carried out, the standard is so poor that it's led to more problems for them to fix. Theres mould in the house. The gas safety hasn't been done. Repairs have left it a health a safety risk to children. I need evidence from them for my benefits but they have not responded so I am now at risk of losing my house because of the landlord. I have tried ringing various numbers, leaving voicemails, emails, letters posted to them, even my lawyer cannot get a response. They simply do not care. Would not recommend but alas I do think this is a common problem with landlords on the whole anyway.... Read more

At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads... Read more
