What can I say. Just brilliant. There with us every step of the way. Went beyond the call of duty , always rapid responses and available when needed. Recommended without hesitation. You can’t go wrong with these guys . Paul is a gentleman . His experience shone though and if you want to buy or sell then you need this guy on your side !

Not enough words to express my gratitude to Richard, Paul, Sophie and the team.
I first spoke to Richard what must have been years ago now, for advice on selling my flat with cladding issues. From the first moment, he felt entirely different to the corporate agents I had spoke to, who all seemed disinterested at the thought of a complicated sale. Richard gave solid advice and showed genuine enthusiasm which made it an easy decision when I came to sell.
The process itself took over a year due to terrible managing agents for my building, we even lost one buyer. Richard and his team never lost hope. I even employed a 2nd agent after losing my first buyer, as I wanted to sell as soon as possible. However, Folklands wiped the floor with the other agent and I am pleased to say that Paul sold it for a second time. Paul then became my main contact and had a great relationship with the buyers and recommended a fantastic solicitor to them. After more issues with my managing agent and five months later, the flat has finally completed and I couldn’t be happier or recommend the team more.

I very recently sold my house through Folklands Estate Agents. Paul and the team were extremely professional and patient during a lengthy process that was anything but straightforward. Paul was an effective liaison between the solicitors, surveyor and buyer involved in the process and was instrumental in getting the deal over the line. Additionally, Paul and team were always available over the phone to discuss any matters!

Paul, Richard and Sophie worked very hard to get our sale through. They are genuine people who know their craft.They have been in the business for along time and you can trust them. It was a stressful experience selling our place at the worst possible time but Paul managed to get us a decent price and they all did good job!

My husband and I recently purchased a house advertised by Folklands. Paul Harris showed us around and was incredibly helpful and transparent from the start. He and Sophie guided us throughout the whole process and were very responsive / proactive in progressing the deal in a short timeframe (no unexpected delays and surprises!). My son recently purchased an apartment through Folklands Estate Agents in South Croydon. Richard and his team were very professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was not an easy purchase as it was during the mortgage collapse period but Richard went out of his way to keep the deal going and provided crucial support to complete the deal. We have been renting for a number of years and dealt with a few management agencies, however Folklands have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to deal with any issues or queries we have had. The team have a positive/friendly attitude and are very quick to respond and find resolutions. For the current rental market the prices are also more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend Folklands for anyone looking to rent or buy.

My husband I bought our first property in South Croydon this week. The entire process took almost 6 months. These six months went by so easily just because of the Folklands team. Paul and Sophie specifically were very responsive, pleasant and efficient in ensuring all communications happen in time, effectively and respectfully. They always provided extra information so that we make informed judgements. They ensure that the communication between both parties (ours and sellers) remain robust and clear.
I still remember the first time we came to visit the property, Paul had 5 to 6 pages long detailed hand-written notes in order to respond to our queries. We observed the same with Sophie in subsequent visits. Definitely showcase their determination and commitment to their work.
We already know whom to go if anytime we purchase to buy another property or decide to sell this one!

We would highly recommend Folklands Estate Agents. Paul Harris helped us to sell my late mum's house. He always kept us fully informed and went above and beyond. By the end of the sale he felt like a friend and always made us feel like he had time for us. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else. If we ever sell our house we would definitely contact Folklands again. We had a few difficult and emotional situations that couldn't be avoided but Paul always made us feel supported and put us at ease with his experience and caring ways.
