We can't fault Fulfords at all. Emma at the Plymstock branch dealt with us and Keisha also. They are polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Emma definitely took the pressure off for us and helped us when we needed it, which was a lot!! We would thoroughly recommend choosing Fulfords if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.

Very disappointed with the service we had from Fulfords Plymstock!
There was a lack of communication from the start and only had 3 viewings but did get 2 good offers resulting in what we were told a sale on our property only for the buyers to come back 3 weeks later with a revised offer which we declined due to already having an agreed price. There was no communication after that for weeks so we wrote to terminate our contract with them which again we had no acknowledgement of but property instantly removed off line

One of the worst experiences ever. It wasn’t all Fulfords fault, some of it was circumstance, but they still managed to disappoint over all the bits they had control over.
I had made an offer on a house, some unfortunate things happened to the seller and things went into limbo. But what I didn’t expect was to be left mostly in the dark or “lied” to (exaggerations, omission) and my communications largely ignored.
I will say there seems to be a revolving door around my case. Some of them were worse than other. But on average it was shockingly bad, none of my friends or coworkers had experienced anything like this in their property purchases.
Waste of money, time and good will for almost 2 years now.

My experiences over the years with Fulfords, Plymstock have always been good, but on this occasion I felt I needed to leave an accessible review as the service has been exemplary!!!! From my initial valuation meeting with Kerry, to working with my viewing agent Amber, I have been extremely happy with the 'one to one' contact and 'personal touch' made more prevalent due to my current medical treatment and the urgency of the sale. Ongoing admin, viewings and advice from Kerry have led to an above guide price offer within 2 days!!!! I look forward to continuing with them to completion and would highly recommend them to yourselves, family and friends.

Kerry made the initial contact with us, coming out to value the house and go through the process with us. She got the valuation spot on and put us at our ease. Throughout the process Kerry has kept in touch and advised us when we have been unsure what to do next. Kerry, Kat and Leah work together as a very effective team so it doesn't matter who you get to speak to, they always know about your situation.
We had 8 or 9 viewings before we even got the house properly on the market and that was down to Kerry contacting potential interested parties. We sold quickly because of the team's hard work.

During our recent rather long! property search in a crazy market we found Fulfords Plymstock the most proactive agent by far. Kerri in particular gives an amazing service and all staff we spoke to - Cat, Rachel etc were friendly, professional and supportive - even though we hadn't sold with them! The difference in service compared to the agent we actually sold with was very noticeable. Fulfords would definitely be our first choice in future.

From making the decision to sell through Fulfords and placing the property on the market with a SOLD sign took less than 6hrs with thanks Kerry and Kathryn. Just before we were due to move and the 'lockdown' our chain collapsed, Kerry and Kathryn and the team worked their socks off and stood by their word! By the end of that same day we had agreed another sale and achieved the full asking price as well as another offer above the asking price.
We used the Countrywide Conveyancing Portal, this was so much easier and more efficient than trips to a solicitor and all fees were given upfront, so no hidden surprises at the end.
Kerry and John maintained contact to the best of their ability throughout lockdown, Kerry going above and beyond. We continued with the sale and purchase of our new home thanks to Kerry and Kathryn and moved into our new home in July. Kerry and the team have a very professional manner, and Kerry has become a friend. No question/query was too much and a question was always responded to.
Thank you Fulfords and especially Kerry for carrying us through a very unsettled 'Covid' fuelled lockdown house selling/purchase experience.

All the staff at this branch are all professional and helpful, but I have to say Kerri Slade goes above and beyond. She really takes the time to listen and work out exactly the type of property you're looking for, nothing is too much trouble and she is honest and straight forward and never pushy, if she's unavailable when you ring as soon as she's free she contacts you.
