Recently bought a house through Fulfords. I found them professional and easy to deal with. In particular Harry Copping went the extra mile to get answers to our queries in order to reassure us at a very stressful time. One suggestion - it would be helpful if, when staff are away on leave, they could have an auto-reply to that effect on their email to stop us waiting unnecessarily for a response. That said, we would recommend Fulfords and to Harry in particular - thank you so much for all your help.

Sam & Harry provided an exceptional service throughout the entire process of me and my partner moving into our first home. They maintained great communication during some complications (separate to themselves) and helped us with every step. We will definitely be looking at buying with Fulfords again the future!

As first time buyers, I can honestly say that Fulfords was the best people we worked with throughout our purchase!
We saw the house we wanted, they got us in for a viewing on a bank holiday so we didn't have to miss work.
James who did our initial viewing and took our offer has been absolutely wonderful, he's called and kept us informed of updates, he's chased things for us, and just all round he's a friendly and approachable person!
Every time we've called the office they've either got us the info or we got a call back the same day. All the staff are friendly and professional!
I did meet with their on house mortgage advisor who was also so lovely and knowledgeable- I don't think you'd go wrong sorting your mortgage out with her.
At the end of this process we can say with absolute certainty that the estate agents were the best part! They've been so valued in our journey!

I cannot express how helpful Sean and the team have been. Totally professional and keen and willing to go above and beyond. And with a genuine smile. They are genuinely happy to be able to help.
We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys.
We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea.
He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’
I walked out reassured and smiling.
A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ????
The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????
