We were relocating back to the south west from Norfolk but did not know Exeter. We contacted Fulfords and have them are criteria of location and type of house, they were able to recommend property that matched our criteria and suggested viewings. Our viewing times were limited due to a long drive to Exeter, however Fulfords were able to accommodate this. Once we had put an offer on our house, Fulfords kept us updated all the way through and were in constant contact with our solicitor making sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I had regular phone calls even if we were still waiting for searches, which was evidence that Fulfords were actively chasing on our behalf. The whole team are professional, friendly and dedicated to making a move as easy as possible. I am not intending to move again for a long time, but if I was I would use Fulfords in an instant.

Really impressed with the service I received from Fulfords. It was a long process due to issues with the solar panel lease but they kept me updated throughout and helped to ensure the process moved forward, prompting solicitors when necessary. Very organised, professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them.

Without Vicky pushing the sale through with all parties, I would never have moved in before Christmas. I cannot recommend the guys at fulfords estate agents enough.
We initially rented out our late fathers property with the team at cowick street. They were warm and friendly while still being very professional. They sorted absolutely everything including helping us remove the old furniture from the house.
They only contacted myself with solutions and everything was fixed before I even had to ask.
We then went on to sell the property which was a long process due to covid stalling everything.
They again were excellent. Especially Vicki who I cannot thank enough. She was always available, kept me constantly up to date with everything that was happening.
She were always on hand for any questions, no matter how many or how stupid!

My late fathers house proved rather difficult to sell, but from my first instruction to final completion, Victoria and her team kept me informed at every stage with weekly phone calls to let me know exactly where we were with the sale. A five star review for a five star estate agent.
Form the initial meeting with Ellie (who is now the manager at Teignmouth branch), we could tell that she had done her homework on our house, she promised lots and delivered so much more than we expected, before we have even signed up, she advised she had 17 contacts interested in similar properties to ours.
She advised us that she would be able to achieve a higher price that the asking price, which she did. We just let her and the team get on with the sale, they did all the viewings and gave us weekly updates right up to the completion date.
We can’t thank the team enough especially Vickie the branch manager who took the sale on after Ellie’s promotion.
Just remember you pay for what you get, and we hit the jackpot with Fulfords.

We rented our first property out of university through Fulfords in St Thomas. The ability to use a zero-deposit scheme really helped us with initial costs, and it meant we could move straight into a 2-bedroom property instead of having to rent a room for a couple of months to save up for an initial deposit. Heidi was very helpful, and made the process very straightforward for us. Much more straightforward than previous experiences with other letting agents. Will likely use again when we want to move in future.

Renting out a property for the very first time can be a daunting experience.
After a few friends (who also let via Fulfords) recommended them to me, I gave them a call and was visited within 2 days to discuss the letting of my property.
Fulfords made everything very clear and easy to understand, and the service I received was first class.
It only took 2 days of my house being advertised before tenants were found!
Would highly recommend Fulfords if you have a property to rent.

Current tenant and have been for just over a year. I have found Fulfords to be really quite disorganised and to have shown poor attention to detail.
I have lost count of how many times I’ve asked them to send both me and my partner correspondence rather than just her, they agree to do so but this never materialises.
Several instances of important postal correspondence, including most recently a tenancy renewal contract, not being posted only for us to find out weeks later. Have asked them to ensure that this doesn’t happen again to no avail.
My partner today received an email from them ’confirming’ that we have signed a tenancy renewal contract (which we haven’t given that we’ve only recently received it) referring to an attached copy of last year’s contract.
Maintenance has been easy to report but issues but have all invariably taken several weeks to be rectified.
In summary I would not recommend Fulfords estate agents if you value your sanity!

We have dealt with Fulfords before when selling and buying for our Mum/Mother in Law and found them to be most helpful so decided to use them again when our Mum/Mother in Law had to sell her flat. After a slow start probably due to being the wrong time of year to sell and 1 lost buyer due to Solicitor problems we finally managed to complete the sale on 21st Jan 2019. We have been very pleased with the attention and service from this company. From the very beginning of the process of our relocating to a new city, the staff have made what was a stressful situation so much easier. The whole process of viewing rental properties, applying to rent the flat we liked, the paperwork involved and the check in and after service went so smoothly, and this is down to the personal attention of the staff. We are first time renters and a previous application for a letting property (which we were not successful in getting) with a different company, was so complicated that our confidence in renting was knocked. However, we are glad now that initial rental application fell through as we are so pleased with both the flat we are now renting and with the service we have received from Fulfords in Exeter St Thomas. Special mention must go to Heidi, who showed us the flat which we are renting; she took time to explain how things worked and went through the process with us, and also to Ian Matthews, who reassured us during what was a stressful time, helped with the administration of the paperwork and took time during the check in process to make sure that we understood how things work. They have also provided good after service by helping us set up the accounts with the various utilities companies and by making sure that the property management department of the company was aware of any details raised during the inventory check. The personal approach of both Ian and Heidi helped us find our ideal rental flat and we are happy to be settling there now. We would be happy to recommend this company to others looking for property to rent.

Not even worth 1 star. The worst experience ever! This company needs to be shut down they do not have a clue how to run this sort of business. A friend warned me not to go anywhere near Fulfords and I did. Definitely a very bad decision. He had a really bad experience in trying to purchase a property though them. I on the other hand had a really, really bad experience in trying to sell my property through Fulfords.. First of all, a week into the contract our house was not even on any website. I had to call them myself and ask what was going on. Also no Fulfords For Sale sign outside our property for 12 days. I signed a one month contract ( Thank God ) around the 12/08/2016 with Fulfords to start marketing our property from 1/09/2016, not one phone call from them throughout the entire month of September. SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!! I have now sent in written notice to get this contract cancelled. I will be warning all my family and friends to stay well clear of using Fulfords in the future. ????????????

The worst rental estate agents I have ever come across! There are a couple nice people in there but they got my contract length wrong from the start! That cost me an extra £125 to extend! Even though I had asked for twelve months in the beginning! Never ever visited about the problems with the flat! I strongly urge you to go to the nearest hobo and spend £50 a week to rent his box, you'll probably get better attention and service!!

I have just brought my first house through Fulfords which at the start was a very nervous experience with never doing this before, but I found the team very helpful and professional in finding me a house and also guiding me through the process.
