Not only have I rented out my property with Fulfords but I have also brought a property with Fulfords and again I want to express my gratitude to Kim Wallis who is an asset to your company she is friendly and explains everything and keeps you updated all the time . This was my first time buying and renting and she helped me all the way made it so much easier and was always there to answer my stupid questions and made me at ease at stressful times ! Also would like thank Sarah Finn the mortgage advisor for the same reasons again so helpful and friendly also great asset !
On the renting side I want to thank Tammy and Ronnie and the new girl Ella (you have great role models in the whole team) keep up the great work you made renting so easy and stressless!

Turned up for a viewing without an appointment and caught my 14 year old getting out of the shower. When I complained to the agent she smirked in my face. Over priced properties and the way they write the property details is laughable. “A tranquil retreat” - it’s an en-suite shower room in a tacky new build. Who are you kidding?

They have been open, super friendly and extremely committed to both buyer and seller. I haven’t had to chase anything at all. An absolute must for the customer! They have kept me informed at all times, which has made this such a positive experience. I don’t really know what I expected but I am confident that I am in safe hands. Absolutely been brilliant ????
Literally the new team turned up sold my property and have done everything possible and as fast as they could to accommodate all needed. 100% recommend using them. And I must say they had a stubborn/unhappy customer beforehand due to previous situations experienced (before the new team arrived). So this is a very non bias review that's for sure!

I was really impressed with the team at Fulfords Dawlish, who were very professional and kept me informed at all times and at different stages of the selling process. I was very impressed of the marketing video of my property especially the drone photography which gave a more expansive view from outside. I have found the staff very approachable and would highly recommend Fulfords who's sold my home within a week subject to contract.
