This is the second time I have used this property agents to sell property for me in plymouth.
Their service on both sales have been exemplary.
From start to finish they were outstanding, prompt realistic valuation,prompt advertisement onto the open market and prompt sale.
Always received prior notification when viewings were booked and feedback as to how each one had gone.
If I need to sell any properties in the future I will be using them again.

Having had Fulfords St Budeaux (and others) value our property back in Feb 2023 - we had decided to use Fulfords and the Iamsold auction route. PLEASE AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS. Selling a property remotely, you have to rely on communication from the estate agent in terms of viewings/offers etc. There was zero communication from Fulfords - the only communication was when prompted by ourselves. To this day, I have no idea of the number of viewings or who viewed the property. However, within 3 days with Haart - I know the names of viewers, when they are viewing and feedback from viewers. That is customer service.

Then week later informed that took an offer without giving me a chance to increase my offer without going to best and final offer in which they said they were going to do.

Extremely helpful and attentive! We had issues with our solicitors, Jason, Becky & Sam were so helpful! I would say without them our purchase would have fallen through!! I must have been on the phone to one of them at least once possibly twice a day for several weeks. They were extremely courteous and patient as I know it must have been frustrating for them to have me on the phone daily! Couldn’t rate the team highly enough they are awesome!

I would NOT recommend. I can't actually say if they are all bad or just Jason, but as he is the branch manager he ruins any deal really. We are from out of town relocating to Plymouth so viewings are difficult. Becky did a lovely video of the property and we felt it was the right one for us after having done extensive research online. We offered under the asking price after checking the property valuation online (215 for a 250 asking price). Almost a week later we heard back saying it wasn't accepted but that the seller wanted to negotiate. They wouldn't say a number, just asking us for our best number. We upped the offer to 225k. This is when Jason got involved (until here we were speaking to Becky and Sam). We were told the magic number was 230k. We were actually willing to pay 230k but we didn't like this back and forth and lack of honesty, as we had initially asked for their magic number. Also, the property had just been sold as part of a trade off for around 200k so this was pure profit to this property developer who was selling. Anyhow, because of these factors we counter offered 227.5k. A day or 2 later we got a call saying the client was looking to accept so we drove 300 miles to see the property (just to ensure it all matched video, etc). Sam showed us the property and we asked about next steps. Sam confirmed she would start the paperwork on Monday (we were on a Friday here). From our side on Monday we sent all the relevant paperwork to Fulfords (but heard nothing) and to our solicitor and mortgage advisor, paying their initial fees. This is when we started being ghosted. We called, emailed and left messages and we just couldn't get through. A couple days later jason called saying the seller was considering another offer. More calls, emails and voicemails unanswered for days. At this point we weren't prepared to buy the house anymore exclusively because of Jason. So I started making emails and leaving voicemails complaining of their behaviour. Jason never even had the decency to call and explain what happened. Never gave us the chance to match the offer either despite having previously confirmed the client had accepted our offer. A few days he just replied that the seller had accepted another offer and moved on. I am quite curious to see what the house sold for because I doubt very much it would have been over the asking price. I guess I will find out once it goes on the land register. So, what happened here? Did Jason get a bribe to accept this other offer? Well, at least lack of morals and decency we know he has.

Without doubt the worst experience I've ever known from an agent. My partner sold his property through Fulfords, communication was poor throughout. We didn't even get a message confirming exchange or completion or to say thank you for giving them the business. We made an official complaint to which their response was essentially "sorry, not sorry". Thank goodness for the agent we bought through who kept us updated and in the loop. We wouldn't recommend using Fulfords and I wouldn't bother making a complaint either.

I don't even know where to start. Fulfords, St Budeaux came out to my property to give an valuation and talk through the agency details/ fees. I decided to proceed with signing up with Fulfords and for them to sell my property. I had another agent come out from another agency and I preferred to go with them instead. I sent Leah an email explaining i will be withdrawing my property from their agency. (i signed the contract on the Saturday and sent an email on the Tuesday). I then had a phone call from Leah herself and could only describe it as the most unprofessional person i have ever spoke to. she made me feel very awkward, being very blunt and sort of having ago at me because i was withdrawing my property, sort of begging for me to stay and before i could say bye she hung up the phone abruptly and left the call. i was absolutely shocked and very upset by this and clearly don't feel welcome to come back and use them. She is clearly a commission ran employee who doesn't actually care about you or the property and just wants a quick sale. she then proceeded to send me an email trying to get me to pay for the marketing they have already conducted (1.5 working days) even though they are a no sell no fee agency. i did research and it states that she should not be asking for any type of payment!! i am hoping someone higher could contact me as i am so disappointed with the service i got. STAY AWAY AND ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN LEAH, UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY.

Looking to move into the area so not knowing Plymouth well, Fulfords have been really good. Big shout out to St. Budeaux branch and to Sam Daly-Britton in particular. Sam showed us a range of suitable properties, recognised what we were looking for and guided us to the right place. She went the extra mile by putting us in touch with reliable local tradespeople whom we needed for advice/estimates. Jason and his team have just sold our bungalow for us and did so professionally and with excellent value.
They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and were totally open and honest with us, we really couldn't have wished for an easier sale.

We went with this branch of Fulfords to sell our property after a previous estate agency which shall remain nameless, managed to only get 2 viewings and no offers in 3 months.
From start to finish the experience we had was completely different. All contact was swift, they secured a number of viewings eery quickly and we had the house under offer within a fortnight of being with them.
We opted to use the conveyancing service linked to fulfords parent company (countrywide) and despite initial worries of it being based in Wales and possibly slow and impersonal, we were pleasantly surprised that again the solicitor was easily contactable and each stage was completed as swiftly as possible. All in all I don't think I can fault the service we received!

Very poor estate agents! There is no professionalism when it comes to selling property’s. my experience in buying a property of them I was told that the sellers have got there management pack all sort so it will be a quick sell, all this was LIES!! The sellers are still missing important information from there management pack which is delaying buying this property. So stop lying to me and probably to many others and get your facts right when selling property’s!!

Paul, Jason & everyone we have come into contact with at Fulfords, St Budeaux have been friendly, professional and helpful. They have just helped us purchase a house, from start to completion, in 6 weeks. We were contacted on a weekly basis with updates and they proactively chased both solicitors when there was an issue with their communications.
