This is the second time I have used this property agents to sell property for me in plymouth. Their service on both sales have been exemplary. From start to finish they were outstanding, prompt realistic valuation,prompt advertisement onto the open market and prompt sale. Having had Fulfords St Budeaux (and others) value our property back in Feb 2023 - we had decided to use Fulfords and the Iamsold auction route. PLEASE AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS. Selling a property remotely, you have to rely on communication from the estate agent in terms of viewings/offers etc. There was zero communication from Fulfords - the only communication was when prompted by ourselves. To this day, I have no idea of the number of viewings or who viewed the property. However, within 3 days with Haart - I know the names of viewers, when they are viewing and feedback from viewers. That is customer service.... Read more
