We used Petras Property to sell our property in Earlsfield. We were in a situation where we had to get our property under offer at a certain minimum price in a very short time period to facilitate an onward purchase. The listing advice we got from Georgie and Susie was very transparent and to the point, setting a realistic expectation of pricing and the optimal time to put on the market. The photos on the listing brochure were the best I have seen and really brought the property to life. This ultimately led to us getting a large amount of footfall into the property very quickly. Susie was fantastic at keeping us up to date on feedback from viewers and ultimately secured us multiple offers quickly with an offer being accepted at asking price. Through the conveyancing process the wider Petras team were extremely helpful especially Michelle. This all resulted in us selling at the price and in the timelines we needed to secure the onward purchase of our dream home. I would highly recommend Petras Property.

We recently bought through Petras Properties. We were very impressed with their agent whose experience and knowledge was second to none. Quite different to other agents in the area. Petras also did a fantastic job of getting the sale across the line. When setbacks and obstacles hit (as is frequently the case in the house buying process), they worked hard to liaise with both parties and keep everything on track, offering considered and helpful solutions rather than simply acting as a post box, which is so often the case. We both rented and then sold our property with Petras Property and can honestly they the service provided was first rate.
From a rental perspective we met with a few agents in Earlsfield and none of them were as thorough and professional as Georgie. She had the property rented within a few days and at the rate she had told us she would achieve. Georgie managed the property for us as well and the service was first rate.
When we decided to sell we wanted to use Petras Property due to our existing relationship. We had also tried to sell (unsuccessfully) previously using some of the high street agents in Ealesfield. They had overpriced us and it felt like the mainly wanted to use our flat as a comparable for others they had in. This was never the case with Petras Property. Georgie gave us an honest market value (we actually achieved over the asking price), we had viewings from genuine potentially buyers. We had prompt and honest feedback. And when we had a buyer the process was very well managed. The sales side was mainly managed by Susie who was also excellent.
If you are thinking of selling or renting your property in south west London you honestly won’t find a better company to work with.

I was recommended Petras Property by a friend and I would strongly recommend them. Initially, I really appreciated their guidance when I was thinking about selling my house in Battersea as I'd previously put it on the market and it hadn't sold so I wanted their view on what work I should have done and what wasn't needed to sell the house. I found this advice practical and useful. Once I had done this work, they then did an excellent job of marketing the property - putting together a very attractive web profile and posting it on all the key websites - and recommending a price that was realistic and got the right potential purchasers through the door. In particular, I was confident that Susie would know the right things to say when showing the property. Within a week I had several offers and details of the status of each potential purchaser which meant I had confidence in the commitment of the ultimate purchasers. In addition, Georgie and Susie did a great job in making sure the sale completed. A great job - thank you.

After many months of frustration and disappointment trying to find our next home (viewings being cancelled, full booked, vendors not serious about moving and many more!) we came across a property on the market with Petras Property. From the very first viewing, this was an entirely different experience to the previous 6 months.
Susie took the time to get to know us and understand our situation - and had clearly done the same with the vendors meaning she was able to offer us sound advice throughout - which was hugely valuable to us as first time buyers together.

I couldn't recommend Georgie Petras more highly. She recently helped us to find a new rental home for our young family. We were planning to move upon the sale of our existing home, which meant that we didn't have a huge amount of certainty around timing and were unable to commit until the exchange of our house. Georgie completely understood the position that we were in, and helped us to find the most beautiful home. The process was seamless and stress-free from beginning to end. Georgie is incredibly professional, intelligent and diligent whilst also being super warm and friendly. She uses fantastic technology to make the application process (including reference checking) and the check-in inventory process far more efficient and smooth than I have ever experienced. After going through the various usual channels of viewings via the big property chains and being left unheard, ignored, spoken over or outbid for properties (bearing in mind we were looking at rentals!), Georgie Petras Property was a breath of fresh air. My partner and I had come from being rushed round various properties with viewings stacked 5 minutes apart and were being shown properties outside our price range, or outside the areas we were interested in.
We saw a flat advertised on Gumtree and Georgie responded instantly to our request. We were shown round our flat by Georgie herself and she was very patient and attentive, letting us walk around and take our time with the viewing. We ended up taking the flat and Georgie has been very helpful and extremely attentive to all our queries along the way - the whole process was the antithesis of the usual estate agent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend GPP to anyone looking for a new place to live!
