Not usually one for reviews but Gibson and Brennan have been incredible to deal with. My property was listed with another agent and had hardly any viewings and no offers for around 16 weeks, I switched to Gibson and Brennan and had my first viewing after the property had only been listed for 1 hour! Been having regular viewings since and sold within a month. Had the initial valuation with George who was great, filled me with confidence and has always been more than happy to help with any queries I've had. He got excellent photos of the property (a lot better than the previous agents) and knew exactly how to make it look appealing to buyers. A great experience and a really friendly helpful team of people. Would highly recommend using Gibson and Brennan!

Our experience in purchasing our first property with Gibbons and Brennan was easier than envisaged which was about 2 months. We had very good communication flowing throughout Solicitors estate agent, We did experience a little tension which was eased by the support next work from estate agent and broker. From the start Gibson & Brennan have all been very friendly and professional.<br>Jake initially saw us for a valuation. He is a lovely genuine person who didn't give us the usually sales person speel but was very honest, trustworthy and quietly confident. He also took the photos which were great, even the drone went well in high winds, a very good landing Jake!<br>Since then we've mainly dealt with Bonita and Daniel who have been arranging our appointments, showing people round and helping us generally to navigate this process. Both are friendly, honest people who we feel like we've known years and fully trust.<br>Other team members have introduced themselves too by phone and on our group WhatsApp chat which has been very useful when you can't take a call at work, it kept things moving.<br>We've just accepted an offer in half the average time for our area (according to Zoopla) and the team are still helping us navigate our path forward with our next properties and even offering advice on some we've seen that are not with them. Overall I would say don't be put off by their rate, they wonderful are worth every penny!

From the start the customer service has been excellent from Jake initially coming our for several visits being patient while we were waiting for the right time for us to proceed. Jake, Sophie and Mickey are an amazing team of 'human beings'. I hate to use the term 'estate agents' because lets be honest 'estate agents' dont have the best reputation. Until ... Gibson & Brennan! I am a mortgage adviser by profession and i used to own an estate agents and I recently asked Gibson & Brennan to sell my buy to let flat in Leigh-on-Sea. I wouldnt have used anyone else. They offer a no bull****, empathetic, efficient, professional, highly personalised service with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. And it does not matter where in Essex or London your property is - they will get it sold with their unique and innovative online marketing skill sets. Lets be honest - everyone is going online now to search for their next home, if you are reading this then you alreday are! Highly recommend!

I chose to sell my house with G&B following a valuation. Jake valued my property, listened to my plans to relocate and purchase a new home in Scotland, then went above and beyond to provide a simple, efficient stress free experience - and succeeded! I had little knowledge in regard to buying/selling property especially as Scottish property laws are different, yet G&B we’re awesome, beyond helpful throughout the whole process, I was kept fully informed and the guys were always at the end of the phone if I needed them. I truly couldn’t of asked for a better service, I would recommend G&B to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell property and I will only use them in the future when I return to Essex.
