We could not be happier with the service provided from start to (almost) finish.
From meeting Jake at the property at the very first viewing, to every email, phone call and message that Sophie has gone above and beyond for us, that she wasn’t obligated to even provide us with has made a stressful experience of buying and selling somewhat more bearable. Sophie provides us with quick responses to any thing we ask, big or small and never leaves anything unanswered.
We could not recommend Gibson and Brennan more. If we ever move home again it would be a no brainer that we would use this company and we will continue to put forward to anyone we speak to what a great experience we have had with them.

Gibson and Brennan are more than just an estate agent, they go the extra mile to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. Gibson and Brennan put me in contact with We Do Mortgages whom were very helpful in helping me organise a rather complicated mortgage porting situation.
In addition, Jake and Sophie would call with regular updates, when there was a delay in the chain would do their upmost best to speed it all along.
But most importantly they show that they care, Jake personally handed me my keys and later checked in to see if everything was okay.

What a brilliant service. From the time Jake gave us at the start going through everything and making it all so easy and no pressure at all. To Mickey with the photos, made the house look like a show home and really did the house justice. After a terrible ordeal with another local estate agent, which resulted in us being gazumped and losing money, it was a relief to work with such a professional and trustworthy company. This is a totally genuine review, I purchased a house with Gibson and Brennan and met Mickey Brennan at the property who spent time showing us the property and didn't rush us, we instantly felt that it was a different experience not your usual estate agent trying to sell you a property, it was a lot more caring and professional.
We had the asking price accepted within 2 days after which their sales progressor Sophie took over, i can honestly say she is absolutely brilliant at her job and keeps in contact regularly with updates with how not just your purchase but info on the whole chain as much as she can find out is progressing, she chases your solitors on the purchase and your sale and helped progress my sale as well because my estate agent Colubrid did literally nothing and it was sophies tenaciousness that helped get my sale and purchase over the line in what was a difficult and stressful 6 months.
I have to mention Jake Gibson who took the the helm when sophie was away and as one of the directors i used his knowledge for some decisions i had to make and that proved invaluable.
I can honestly say my experience with Gibson and Brennan was nothing but positive and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I would highly recommend Gibson & Brennan, they have all been fantastic during the whole process. Jake and Mickey were very helpful last year with valuing my two properties, helping me to get them on the market and dealing with copious open day viewings, helping to explain the whole process as I didn't have any experience with house sales prior to meeting the team and going through the whole process. I even had the misfortune of a buyer pulling out after the chain was established, after which Jake and Mickey worked hard at arranging new visits and getting things back on track again. Their communication is excellent, always keeping you in the loop with where things are at. Sophie also was extremely helpful towards the end of the process when communicating with solicitors, chasing people in the chain, keeping me informed each step of the way to help minimise my stress whilst I had already moved across the country and had to deal with everything remotely. I have sold and purchased through these guys now and honestly would not look anywhere else again.
I tried multiple agents when attempting to sell my property and kept getting sold the dream in regards to what my property was worth etc and they could not sell it. Every time I called these other agents I was never getting the updates I needed.
After months on the market I met with Gibson and Brennan who was given the opportunity to sell my property and got me an unbelievable offer which broke the street record for the highest selling price on our road!!
All within 2 weeks, Yes 2 weeks!!! The updates from the office and the commutation was unbelievable and I was never left in the dark at all. I was not even in the country while all this happened.
To sum up. I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone when buying or selling. Thank you once again you have a customer for life and thank you for changing my opinion on estate agents.

After the initial work being carried out by Micky which included drone shots and high quality photos of our property it lasted on the market for less 1 day with an offer for the full asking price being received before 5pm.

I chose to sell my house with G&B following a valuation. Jake valued my property, listened to my plans to relocate and purchase a new home in Scotland, then went above and beyond to provide a simple, efficient stress free experience - and succeeded! I had little knowledge in regard to buying/selling property especially as Scottish property laws are different, yet G&B we’re awesome, beyond helpful throughout the whole process, I was kept fully informed and the guys were always at the end of the phone if I needed them. Gibson and Brennan were outstanding. I've recently moved and used G&B to sell my previous house. Jake (Gibson) came round to give me a valuation within a couple of days of my initial enquiry and was professional and thorough. I agreed to sell via G&B and Mickey (Brennan) attended my property to take photographs shortly after. The photos were stunning and the listing was live on Rightmove less than 24 hours later! Jake and Mickey understood that I needed to sell quickly as we'd already found our onward purchase and they really made sure no time was wasted with the marketing of the house. Within days I had a buyer and the process was fantastic from there. We had a couple of issues with the chain below and Jake (who spearheaded my transaction) was involved at every step and even provided guidance and support to those below in the chain (in-experienced first time buyers) who's own agent wasn't helping them whatsoever. It was down to Jake's experience and professionalism that the chain didn't collapse and we were able to move into our new family home and we could not be grateful enough to all at Gibson and Brennan for the dedication and kindness throughout the transaction. My partner & I were a little nervous in searching for our first house we see a lovely little bungalow on Rightmove we got in touch with Jake he set up a viewing for that evening. We absolutely loved it the moment we viewed the bungalow it had a lovely warm vibe about it and we knew it was the one so jake moving fast helped us to put an offer forward to the vendor & the same day the vendor accepted. The next day the property was taken of the market to potentially be ours. I made an enquiry for a properly on rightmove and got a call back shortly after from Mickey. I was absolutely surprised by his outstanding service, honesty and transparency! Mickey took the time to explain and share so much crucial info from a investors perspective which I had very little knowledge of. I could just feel he was so genuine and helpful irrespective of whether I purchase from him or not, yet so friendly and calm! I honestly can’t believe people like him still exist, especially in this industry.
Believe me I’ve dealt with so many agents lately & most of them are literally on the phone for 2 mins grabbing details and budget, no real insight or advice on where to invest, how to or anything. Whereas, we were on the phone for sometime and even guided me about tools available online and then even emailed me the links too!
Above all I would highly recommend giving this company a call whether your new to property investing or not. The wealth of knowledge and service received was outstanding!
