I decided to use Giggs & Bell to sell a property after they were recommended by a friend, In the current climate selling a house at the top end of a chain was easier said than done, my main point of contact was Daniel Loveland , Daniel proved to be an exceptional estate agent, always positive that you just had to find the right buyer , The house sale went through first time the price achieved was fair, when ever I phoned Giggs and Bell the team was always on the ball and gave you confidence at a stressful time. Thank you to Daniel and the team ,and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants professional help to sell there property. A 5 star rating, for a 5 star service.

We have just completed a house move with Giggs & Bell, Daniel was our main contact, our home buying experience lasted nearly a year and over this time we had many ups and downs with our buyers and sellers, but it all paid off in the end, we ended up buying one of the first homes Daniel showed us and for that myself and Ibtissem will be forever grateful. Great service from Derrick and his team. Jordan in particular very supportive and great communication all around. The whole team who I communicated with were professional in their approach and communication. Not pushy or forceful in approach like other agents, instead Giggs&Bell are calm and collective and get the job done as they say they will with realistic expectations and updates throughout.
Highly recommend these guys arguably one of the standout agents in Luton despite being a small team they are effective and efficient

Exceptional service and a dream come true!

I can honestly say that Giggs and Bell have been incredible for me. My case was with them for a year due to problems on my side, and they did everything they could to help and support me. Daniel the manager has extraordinary negotiating skills, and was always on my side when it came to negotiating a fair deal. Whenever I phoned up, it did not matter who I spoke to, they were always up to date with what was going on with my case. I know I found the process of selling my property so much easier knowing that I had the whole team behind me, especially when moving properties can be so stressful anyway. If you would like a top class boutique estate agent to sell your property and support you throughout the selling process, I really do genuinely think Giggs and Bell would fulfil this position as they definitely did for me

My Husband and I met Jordan Loveland when showing us a property in Dunstable at the weekend and I have to say how impressed we were with him. We have met a fair few estate agents recently, selling our home and buying another, and Jordan was the best so far; on time, polite, motivated to sell the house he was showing, it felt like he was genuinely looking after our interests as well as the vendors. We only wish he was selling our house for us!
