Good communication from Bobby and Shannon, we had a few problems with the buyer and solicitor at the end of the chain, very poor communication and not always the facts had to keep chasing myself, but when I flagged the problems up to Bobby he was on the case and kept me informed All in all it worked out well but in general all agents and solicitors need to communicate efficiently with each other and their clients, that is what we are paying for This is not aimed at Urban and Rural as Bobby did pull out all the stops, I know he was off work for some time and I think if he had been there all the time it would have run smoothly Well done Bobby you did a good job for us!...
