Nova were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had such a positive experience with them selling our home and even purchasing our new property also with Nova. Shwain, Nick and Ali are highly professional, friendly, helpful and generally just the nicest guys to deal with. The quality and efficiency of everything they do is second to none. The photos, video and care they took when getting our home to market was insane, we couldn't of been happier with it and they made the viewing process so effortless! Could not recommend Nova enough, if your thinking of selling then these are the guys to do it, so glad we choose Nova. They were very forthcoming when asked for recommendations for other professionals necessary for the buying/selling process and these were spot on. They put us in touch with some amazing professionals who all made our home move possible! Special mention to Shwain who was our point of contact during our sale/purchase; he is an absolute gentleman, was always on hand to help with absolutely everything and we cant thank him enough. I really cannot praise Nova enough. We had been with a previous estate agent for over a year- lots of viewings 2 offers but never managed to sell it. Nova is one of the best estate agent i have come across with. Buying process of my property was really efficient and quick with lots of updates given and quick respond as well. It will took me 3 week for completion with mortgage buying property due to their quick responds and progress.

CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE DIRECTOR OF NOVA BUT SEEMED NOT INTERESTED AS DISCUSSED ONLY LET BY AND NO OTHER SERVICES SO DID NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE AND SHOWED INTEREST, NO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS AFTER THAT. 2/10* VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTATE AGENCY TO ANYONE.

I can't recommend Nova highly enough. Everyone on the team is so friendly and helpful. My first meeting with Nova was with Nick who came to value my property. He really took the time to explain the full process (I'm selling for the first time so had a lot of questions) and was very patient and not at all pushy so I felt very comfortable choosing to use Nova over the other agents I had also contacted. When Nick and Shwain came to take the photos they were so kind and helpful, they'd already assured me they'd be happy to help me move anything out of shot if necessary so I didn't have to go mad trying to get the house looking like a showroom (which would have felt impossible with the children and animals "helping"!). They regularly updated me on how viewings were going and made sure that every viewing arranged was convenient for me before booking anything in. After the house was under offer they continued the fantastic customer service, going above and beyond with helping me with any queries I had, not only those pertaining to the sale of my property but also the purchase of my next property (which is not being sold through Nova). It's been a real pleasure selling my property with Nova and I genuinely look forward to speaking to Nick and Shwain. I hope the very lengthy review helps people decide that Nova are the right company to chose when picking an estate agent as they have far exceeded all my expectations.

Excellent experience with Nova with tenanting our property in Luton recently. It had been tenanted for quite a while and after the tenants left, our existing agent said it couldn't rent out for much more than we had been charging for all these years due to the location. I spoke to Shwain at Nova who did some thorough research on the property and area and was confident that Nova could help us get better quality tenants at a higher rent. They took very professional and attractive photos and videos of the property, and we were flooded with viewings. Within a matter of weeks the property was rented out at 50% more than what we had previously been charging! The vetting process was smooth and a reasonable fee and the new tenants have settled in nicely. Thank you for all your hard work Shwain and the team at Nova, we will definitely we recommending you to every one we know.

Excellent service from start to finish! After initially marketing my property with well-known high street provider, I was getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of progress.
A friend recommended Shwain from
Nova Estate Agents, and what a change! My property suddenly had viewings, and a buyer! I was updated constantly on progress by Shwain, or in his absence, Ali or Nick throughout the process to completion.
