Ben has been incredible with us, we have been looking for some time and have spoken to nearly all the estate agents nearby and Ben is superior by far!! We previously went to see a house with him that we didn’t apply for at the time and when we applied for another property a couple of months later he remembered us and our situation and needs. Ben was very professional and super helpful throughout the process of renting, moving in and out. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and helped to finalise the contracts quickly, he was the best intermediary between tenant and landlord I've ever encountered. He did really help us to settle in. His valuation was comprehensive and well benchmarked, but openly conservative due the recent state of the market as he clearly hates to over promise...however his open-day strategy was first class delivering £10,000 over the asking price in under 3-weeks! Our move was difficult as we needed to sell in England while renting and house hunting in Ireland while also caring for a relative who is very poorly. This threw up many challenges and frustrations. At all times Ben was professional, polite and very hard working. He really went above and beyond to help us and I doubt very much that we could have got it done without his help, advice and patience. Ewemove's business model is optimised for the internet age. They are far more flexible than a traditional estate agent and their pricing is the best we came across. Communication is first rate, this matters as it gives you the confidence to make informed decisions quickly and also reduces the stress of the process. Liars!! Do not trust these cowboys!!! My story: After 6 weeks of waiting for the open day we were told we had 8 booked, this dropped a few days before open day to 6, then 4. On open day we left the house for 2 hours so our 4 booked viewers can have a look around. Once we returned from our walk in the pouring rain, the estate agent (Ben) went into what the viewers had said about my property, all of which I could understand. So we were disappointed but more determined to sell. After the estate agent (Ben) left we became curious as to who viewed our house so we started to view our CCTV footage (obviously the agent Ben hadn’t noticed). After watching the footage from us leaving the house and coming back, we were shocked to discover not one person set foot in my house. So why did the agent Ben lie? Apparently it was completely out of character, but I wonder how many have gone through the same but not knowing? I wouldn’t trust these con artists as far as I could throw them. We don’t know what he did for 2 hours but it certainly wasn’t trying to sell my house! AVOID!!! Not worth any stars but had to give a 1 star :( :( :(... Read more

From the outset, Ben couldn’t have done more. We made a last minute appointment for a Sunday afternoon due to a new build property being re-released and we therefore had a race to sell our own property in order to reserve it. He took outstanding photos, taking a great care in the detail, and made sure that the listing was published that same day despite having to work until a late hour on a Sunday evening. He clearly knew the area and the target market for my property and kept us well informed throughout all viewings. We had a buyer within a week and managed to reserve the property we wanted. During the sale process, our buyer had an extremely difficult Solicitor and we were experiencing a lot of pressure to exchange from the new build developer. Ben was in constant communication with all parties involved, even those who should have been the responsibility of the solicitor to chase. If it wasn’t for Ben, I believe our purchase would have fallen through so I can’t thank him enough.
