I recently sold my home using the Goadsby Wimborne office. I have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years and their service was unsurpassed by other agents in the area.
From the initial valuation, Rebecca was my contact and she immediately impressed me with her comprehensive knowledge of the local market and strategic approach. Her calm and clear demeanour was particularly impressive and I felt confident in her ability to assist me with my relocation. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional and communicative attitude.
Rebecca fulfilled all her promises and I was able to complete the sale and purchase within two and a half months, a significant achievement in this competitive market.
The key to their success was the constant communication and information provided at every stage from viewings to final negotiations. When a minor issue arose Rebecca handled it with composure to reassure me.

From the moment Fiona came to see us, we knew we had chosen the right agents and did not explore further.
Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches.
We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year.
We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them.

Very friendly and easy to get hold of. They communicate well with you. Had a very quick sale. Slighter higher commission than a lot of local companies but worth it for the attention and care.

I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.
