From the moment Fiona came to see us, we knew we had chosen the right agents and did not explore further.
Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches.
We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year.
We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them.
I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

Amazing team at Goadsby Verwood. Always a pleasure to speak to any of them, always punctual with viewings, made our sale go through smoothly with regular updates from them.
Definitely recommend and we would always use them again. Just brilliant team well done.

After making a booking the agent arrived completely unaware of our appointment. Understand that this can happen. Agent seemed tepid when showing property. Had to ask for an application form, which was given with no instructions. Completed the form and spent a couple of hours getting to a bank for current statements. Took completed form in to be told by the same agent 'oh bank statements, we don't need those yet'. If a little explanation and care had been offered initially.... After 10 days still no update from the agency. I phoned in to be told someone was being considered. Thanks for letting us know. Emailed the lettings manager some feedback and not even a reply. No surprise when 2 weeks later the same flat was resisted. Unimpressed with Goadsby's service.

Robert Ward and his team at Goadsby, Southampton listed and sold our property for us very quickly. They were always available if we had any questions and when it came to the conveyancing they kept us informed of the progress and contacted all parties when there were any problems. I can highly recommend them.

4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
