Their communication has always been excellent and prompt. If we were to move again Irving’s would be our only call.
9th Jan 2026 (28 days ago)This is the second time I have used DOMVS and would choose them specifically on the personal and supportive approach they use coupled with professionalism. Polly heads the team superbly and Marcus really helped push the process along with an unbeat and approachable style. The team handled the viewings of our property fantastically and I found Christina and Imy sensitive to the intrusive nature of viewings coupled with managing an old dog in very hot weather. A truly fantastic service and I would certainly use them again.

31st Jan 2026 (6 days ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

They provided feedback from viewings and kept us up to date at all times. I would recommend them as your preferred estate agent in the Poole/Broadstone area.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

20th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)A wholly unpleasant experience having to deal with Whites as tenants in a rental property. It didn't help that they were also trying to sell the property on behalf of the landlord so were always acting in their interests, and never in ours. We were good, professional tenants that never missed a payment, caused no trouble in 7 years and for the last 18 months had to contend with pigeons living in the roof. The noise and upset this caused us during our son's GCSE exam year was unbearable - not to mention a health hazard (confirmed by a pest controller). Because the landlord was selling the property and we were fed up with the pigeon situation we found another property to live in before we were given notice to leave. This didn't seem to please the landlord or Whites to the degree that despite thoroughly cleaning the property professionally and spending hundreds of pounds in the process, we were offered around £100 of our deposit back and this was after 2 months of chasing it after we moved out. It was claimed we did not clean the carpets, despite the landlord being at the property at the time and meeting the carpet cleaner at the time. (She subsequently phoned him up and verbally abused him but that's another story). The stress this caused us was horrendous. Presumably a ploy to milk us for all we were worth we eventually decided to hold out and supply evidence to the company that were holding the deposit and eventually got over 50% back just after Christmas - 4 months after we had moved out. Not once in any correspondance with my wife did Whites refer to her by her name (either a professional tactic to try and undermine and intimidate or just unbelievably rude), not once did they ever acknowledge making a mistake (such as not forwarding the landlord the cleaning receipts until 3 months later, not including attachments in emails and blaming us for not receiving them, not chasing up things at the landlord's end but pressuring us at our end). Judging by the comments by other aggrieved tenants they aren't likely to here either, just ignore the facts, never apologise and apportion blame elsewhere without taking any responsibility for their actions. It's not in their interests to admit any of this in their reply, so they won't. Reading other reviews I note that some tenants have had a similar unpleasant experience, but unlike them we weren't going to be bullied into just accepting an unfair amount of deposit back. My wife was even advised by Whites that she did not have to be present at the check out viewing which cost us a larger part of the deposit because we were unable to challenge any of the findings. "No evidence of carpet cleaning" was one of the findings which was an outright LIE that both the landlord AND Whites knew was false. "Perhaps you should contact the carpet cleaner to ask why it wasn't cleaned" I didn't have to because I was there. It was never in Whites' interest to be fair to us as they were not only being paid by the landlord to manage the property but as they were also selling it would've wanted to keep the landlord as happy as possible so they could gain their commission from the sale. So if you're a tenant (funnily enough not any positive reviews from them) I would avoid. Life isn't about how much you commission you may earn, or whether you own a house - treat people better. This process was not handled fairly at all - and you know that. We treated you with courtesy and kindness with every house viewing and property valuation you organised as well as every time you came to take photos of the property and yet the way you made my wife feel throughout this protracted process was awful.

16th Jan 2026 (21 days ago)My wife and I purchased a property through link homes after a long track history with terrible estate agents. The estate agents that we had worked with previously had a lot of good and some very bad reviews. However, both online reviews and friends who had used Link Homes stated the excellent service that they provide. We received the best service possible for the rate that you pay. The communication was efficient and solved any problems promptly. They always went above and beyond. I could not fault them on any aspect of our sale/purchase. A huge thankyou to Jack and your team for alleviating a lot of stress during this time. We couldnt recommend them enough!

From the start, where Jake came out to value the property, through to completion, the team, and especially Jake and Luke kept us informed of viewings, and then, once we had accepted an offer, gave us regular updates on our buyers position and chased solicitors when necessary. We would definitely recommend you use them if you are selling a house.
17th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)How this agency sells houses is beyond me. Their communication is horrendous. Advertise themselves as 24 hours 7 days a week, I couldnt even get an email reply in working hours. I made contact to view a property in 2 weeks time, was asked to provide my details and they'd call me nearer the date id ask to view. 4 days before the date id received no communication so I called on a Tuesday spoke with Jordan asking for a viewing Saturday which was agreed and I was advised id receive an email confirmation. By late Friday no confirmation received so I called to be told the house was sold (I was driving 120 miles to view the property - when were they going to tell me?) 2 weeks later the same property comes back on the market (4 weeks from my initial contact) no one called me despite expressing interest twice. I emailed to ask if i could view the property, no response. After 5 days I emailed again to be told the whole office was shut due to Jordan getting married abroad, that's why I wasn't responded to. Clearly no one in this office has heard of an auto out of office. Anyway, I purchased the property with another agent. Had this agency actually followed up with my enquiry once the house went back on the market they would have got the the sale themselves.

11th Oct 2025 (17 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

4th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Incredible service from Carrie at Meyers — and honestly, from the wider team as well. Every time we called, it was clear the staff worked seamlessly together. We’ve already decided that we will use Meyers when it comes time to sell, purely because of the hands-on approach, professionalism, knowledge of trade and proven skill Carrie demonstrated throughout. For some context, we were in a very difficult position. The solicitors were hiding behind emails, communication had completely broken down, and important details had been missed. Carrie simply did not allow this to continue. She took the reins, spoke directly with all parties involved, and repeatedly got everything back on track. Due to delays caused by the solicitors, we went beyond our notice period, and the agency we were renting from became unpleasant — despite rent being paid through to the end of the month. Carrie spoke with us and then intervened with them as well, helping to calm and control what had become a stressful situation. Carrie is an exemplary and highly skilled estate agent — a title that is used far too loosely these days. She is what I would call a true career professional: someone who excels on the front lines, not through bluffing, but through decisive action. Thank you for standing by us during such a difficult time. You truly were our guardian throughout this process, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you did to support my family.

Friendly advice and excellent feedback throughout. He answered all of our questions, took a lot of time and effort to photograph our home making it look it’s very best, and we had excellent communication throughout the process. He also gave general advice and answered all emails really promptly. I would highly recommend Nick at HIVE & partners!!
