Great friendly staff!

My experience has been great so far. Having a busy life makes it difficult to organise meetings, and it feels like Tom at the Canterbury site has gone above and beyond. Coming out to my flat on Monday evening, after I had got home from work, to go through my options and valuation of the property. Tom came prepared with info on what the property could be worth and relayed it to a property simpleton (me) in a great way. I really do feel confident that I will find my next property through these guys.

I have had conversations with Tom, Simon & Roger and can safely say each time has been a pleasure, positive feedback is rarely given, but here I feel is well deserved. To the whole team I thank you and look forward to finding my new home through Connells.

Staff are helpful, they help a lot on the information exchange with the solicitor and the vendor. I didn't think we could meet the contract exchange and completion dates without their assistance. Thank you

Don't bother ringing this agent as they never call you back, we've been with this agent for four years and the first few years they were pretty reliable. However since the agency has come under new management the service has been abominable. I am so disgusted with the lack of good service, they are barely able to let our properties despite having never had an issue with it before, they never complete the tasks they say they will, they don't call you back and they seem to think that they are in charge of your properties and thus able to make decisions without consulting the owner. They have also managed to lose two set of our keys and expected us to pay for it. I wouldn't use them ever again, use a different agent if you want good service and a successful letting.

We got early viewings booked and first viewing led to a sale.
Always a stressful process and buyers solicitors were tardy. However, Connells chased up each stage and pushed the process as necessary to completion.

Connells made buying our first house so easy and stress free. The house is exactly what we wanted and Steph managed to find it quickly based on what we said we wanted. Would also highly recommend Nick, who we used for our mortgage services. He was great at communicating and got all our paperwork done quickly and efficiently. The whole experience with the company was as stress free as buying a house could be and that was down to the hard work put in by the Connells team. Would highly recommend.

Very unhappy is an understatment. After recieving numerous approaches from your Shaftesbury office and various staff, asking us to sell with you, and clearly stating we DO NOT want to! Along with persitant door Knocking. I feel harrassed by your company. Please respect our wishes and leave us alone. Im sure the chap who knocked our door will get the hint!
