Having not moved house for 34 years, the appointment of an estate agent was one we made with some trepidation.
Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through.
There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions.
We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

We sold our home through Graham and Co and we cannot recommend them enough. Ross was our point of contact and provided an excellent service. From the original meeting for a valuation and quote to how the final stages were managed the team were excellent. We sold at a challenging time and had a few road bumps along the way that were out of everyone's control but Ross steered us through them incredibly professionally. We made the right choice choosing them as our estate agents and cannot thank the team enough.

I have just bought a house in Hampshire through Graham & Co. David Dobson was our main contact and was incredible throughout the process. There was no chain, but solicitors still needing chasing, David provided regular updates and was very reassuring to work with, I couldn't recommend highly enough.

David from Graham&Co is a true professional - we will go as far as saying he is the best agent we came across !
He told us all about the history of the house, previous layouts of the house, etc.. PLUS some important but small details about the house that we couldn’t have seen (such as the house had the option to heat different levels at different temperatures).
Regardless of you are selling or buying, we recommend to use his services.

Fantastic service from David and Toby in Whitchurch. They got my property quickly onto the market as requested. The write up and professional photography marketed my property at its best. Really responsive team that never left us waiting for an update, reassured us every step of the way. Would highly recommend using Graham & Co to sell your house, we had a difficult situation with the first buyer who kept us waiting a substantial amount of time before pulling out, Graham & Co found us a second buyer immediately and helped us expedite the sale.
