I found all the staff extremely helpful and efficient from the very start. I shouldn't name personnel I suppose, but I'm going to! Bev has been rock-solid - she says that she will do something, and then she does it. It's so pleasing to have that sort of person to help you through what is a very stressful and uncertain time. A very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. We had been for sale with another agent for 6 months but Katy was very positive at the valuation. She said they may have some potential buyers on their books. Kelly and Kiran then visited our house to prepare sales details. Before the property was marketed 4 viewings were carried out and thanks to the enthusiasm of Kelly a sale was agreed at the asking price. The sale proceded very quickly and we moved out in less than 3 months. Highly recommended

From our first interactions, dealing with Kelly Veitch at Paul Carr Four Oaks was a real pleasure and both my wife and I were really impressed with her local knowledge and very quickly she was able to show us a beautiful property which suited our lifestyle and was very close to Sutton Park, which was something we had requested in our initial conversation about the ideal property and location. So no time was wasted and this was only our second viewing Highly recommended and would absolutely look to use Paul Carr again.
