The Manager (Dan) was most helpful - he has however changed branch now, whilst his team in Four Oaks were helpful there were several serious blunders, there was inaccurate qualification of prospective purchasers and complete wrong information regarding the state of the sale process - very frustrating resulting in the house being taken off the market - a change in Estate Agents when my house goes back on the market.I would be happy to discuss my review with the directors of Paul Carr estate agents.

I've passed refercing to rent a house and was promised to move in at the end of November. Then I've been told to wait another two weeks as there was something to do inside the house so I've kept waiting and calling them to ask about progress and what's the situation. Then again I've been told everythings alright and I could move in in a middle of December. After all that, 2days before their 'deadline' and I've got a cold and been told that works inside a house are not finished yet and they don't know when it's going to be finished. So just week before Christmas, it turned out I have nowhere to go... I was pretty stressed. I won't recommend to anyone.

Jenny is dreadful at customer service , bad attitude. I made a complaint but not sure if it was taken seriously . Used this agency as a landlord for 2 years, it was ok until I went to pick up my keys as I had found a tenant elsewhere .

We would like to record our thanks and appreciation for Paul Carr staff who visited us. As absolute novices to this arena they listened to our concerns and dilemma and talked through the options, the highs and the lows with empathy and understanding.

With a professional approach yet with a personal attitude, it was clear to see the passion for the job they do, their customers and not at all least, their employer (and yes I know they pay the salary) but this isn’t just about what you do, it’s all about how you go about it!

It would have been so easy for them to come across as aloof and imperious in this situation but it is a testament to their skill and application that instead, they came over as anything but.

If our situation changes, rest assured Paul Carr will be the first ones we go to. Thank you once again for your time and attention.

I had very bad experience with Paul car I paid rent of 4 Month while property is vacant Due to fixed term contract. Make sure getting property from them and read contract there is no early contract breaking clauses.

I wasted my bills and rent money.

They forgot to tell us very important info about property. Too many useless verifications. Too Long process. Too expensive fees.

Then I've been told to wait another two weeks as there was something to do inside the house so I've kept waiting and calling them to ask about progress and what's the situation. Then again I've been told everythings alright and I could move in in a middle of December.
