Absolutley disgusting, my dad is disabled and very vunerable and has certian memory loss sometimes. They picked the most expensive mortgage company called kent reliance for my dad, they told my dad that no other company would accept a mortgage because my dad cancelled a direct debit payment for a salad master which he thought he was overpaying. I asked my recent advisor and a soliciter and they said their probably lying.Its unfair you would target an elder vunerable man, you should be ashamed of yourselves This is a reply as i cant reply. My dad has been disabled since 2007 so i dont know what you are talking about. I have nothing left to say to you and your rude sister, you are the worst kind of people. I dont wish anything bad of you guys because not all of them are like you and your sister, all you care about is money and yourselves. You may act proffesional on the outside but inside you are selfish, greedy individuals.... Read more

This is the second time we've used Peepal Mortgages. I cannot recommend them enough. Pratima had made us incredibly happy and we are so please we chose to use Peepal.. I emailed Peepal for a potential quote on a property I wanted to let. I emailed them first to find out if they could provide a quote. No reply from them, so I thought I would call them to follow up on my question. The woman I spoke to didn't understand what I was asking, and said she would get somebody to call me. I asked if she could send me a pricing guide on property rentals on email. She asked me to look on the website, and I explained the pricing structure wasn't on there. Then she asked for my email address, which I had to repeat 3 or 4 times as she couldn't understand. Then she said she would get somebody to call me from the lettings department which they haven't. Totally unprofessional and not somebody I would use ever again.... Read more

Started off as a very helpful estatr agents then when reported a problem which they ignored for a month caused significantly more damage they blamed us for not reporting despite having email proof of reporting it, then gave us a bad reference over the same maintainance issue losing us a property we was attempting to rent and lost our reference fees. Check out report proved they was wrong and lieing yet they still attempted to deduct £1100 off our deposit for made up claims and things thay were already on the check in report. After going through deposit resolution with a 3rd party company they were awarded £20 out of their £1100 claim. Complaint resolution was useless and just kept telling me i didnt know what i was talking about despite receiving advice from the property ombudsman Overall they did not know what they were doing, cost me extra money for no reason and caused a lot of extra stress and cost to the landlord and refused my basic GDPR request until the property ombudsman forced them to comply. Avoid at all costs not worth your money or time.... Read more
