I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sophie from Foxtons Wembley and I genuinely cannot thank her enough! In June I was looking to move and rather quickly, and she was so so helpful, listened to exactly what I was looking for and was very efficient with helping me find my dream flat! Her communication was perfect and I actually felt very well looked after, she made my search so much less stressful than it could have been, and all paperwork was handled in a very organised manner! I must recommend Gagandeep who works here. The first time we met was March 2024, and he recommended 3 properties which 2 of them are really worth to get it. Unfortunately, it is our reason that we didn’t get it. He has helped us view at least 5 times, and once we were late for nearly an hour till 7.00 p.m… He has a very good manner, patience, resilience, open mind, and he also takes care of both side of seller and buyer. Initially dealt with agent Said. Booked a viewing 1 week in advance. 3 days before the viewing I tried multiple means to get in contact with him to confirm it’s still happening but to no avail. On the day of viewing, after multiple calls and text, he informed me he was on sick leave. Seriously? That’s how u treat customers? If u are sick, u should inform your clients who will be affected? If I didn’t have the initiative to ask beforehand and showed up to the flat after 1h drive I will be up for an unpleasant surprise. He told me he will try to find a colleague to show me the flat. However, I guess none of his colleagues wanted to so he just left me on read and never got back to me. Since anyway I went to agent Sophie instead. Very friendly person and helped me sort my letting out. However, she was also very slow in proceeding with the let even thought I told her we were ready to do referencing. Apparently the next working day she was also on sick leave, wow impressive the whole office must have been infected with something then. I was told by Sophie going through Foxtons will be cheaper etc as they are helping a company let the property as well. However, I realised I might as well deal directly with the company instead of this back and worth with Foxtons as the middleman. The rental price is the same even though I was told Foxtons will offer cheaper. Don’t like being lied to. Can’t believe 2 working days later, Said can call me asking why I have not provided any documents to Sophie for the Let. I am here thinking, cause Sophie never officially confirmed the documents the company letting the property actually required. She sent me a list of items required but actually some stuff was missing from it. Luckily I went straight to the company letting the property and everything sorted within a few hours 2 stars cause Sophie was nice that’s all. If not defo 1 star. I have said what needs to be said, pls don’t reply this review with pls email me at () to discuss. Not sure what there is to discuss since everything has been said here. Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.... Read more

This has been a terrific experience. For factors not related to Foxtons, the sale of our house became complicated and arduous. The profession team, led superbly by Carlos Torres, showed dedication and an unwavering determination to overcome all obstacles and get the deal done. The portal allows superb tracking of progress but that does not stop frequent and prompt phone calls, texts and emails. Highly recommended.... Read more

Terrible service, want to give no stars but review will not post. Booked a viewing, no one turned up. When I updated this the contact replied she had tried to call me a few times, and emailed and text. Strangely none of these missed calls or comms appeared. Either a lie or incompetent...why call to say cancelling a viewing but not leave a voice message. Would suggest the manager looks at these practices. Use a different estate agent if you dont want to be lied to!... Read more
