I just don't know how to start describe about the amount of happiness and a lot of time saving one for me, side by side. It's juzt fabulous interacting with Zoheb in regard to search for a property for me, and it is just done within a few seconds.
And later to my surprise, within next couple of days all and overall formalities being done like a flowing BREEZE.
Hence there are no words I find to rate this fabulous and an efficient, Letting Agency about.

Rented from this smallfamily-owned business for a year. Saddly, I had to move a few days ago to be closer to my son's school.
From the first meeting a year ago to moving out few days back, it's been nothing but professionalism, prompt response and an unbelievable camaraderie between agents & tenants. They guided me to nearest bus-stops, schools & train stations etc, which settled me down in no time.
No bullshiting, no hidden costs, no time wasting with these guys. U say it... it's sorted. Also, I got my deposit back without stories.
In moving house now, I unfortunately had to meet a few agents/ toads. Made me appreciate where i am coming from. Unequivocally PROPERTY LINK is the best!! Don't take my word- try them. From Zoherb, to Malik to Sam and the whole team- they made a single mum like myself feel supported and cared for.

He explained their letting process; answered all my questions satisfactorily, and got me a good tenant having referenced them thoroughly. There were some issues that needed to be sorted out at my flat before commencement of the tenancy and Adam took care of them all effortlessly; he engaged the services of the right trades to do the job at very competitive prices.
Communication was great as I received emails/ messages responses promptly. When I visited their busy office, I found a well-organised, hard working and very polite team who were answering client's queries promptly as the calls came in. An estate agency with a heart.
This is a company who really cares about their clients best interest, even though it may mean that they may lose business from the client.
The first time I got in contact with Property Link Estate agents I was hoping to sell a property. The owner Malik took so much of his time and spoke to me, found out the reasons for selling, he gave me different options and alternatives. This phone conversation was very long and he basically advised me against selling, even though he lost potential income from the sale.
I eventually decided against selling the property and signed up with Property Link Estate agents to manage this particular property.
The property Manager Zoheb, really looks after the property and the maintenance and deals with all the tenants. My property has not looked better.
It’s truly a hassle free dealing with Property Link Estate Agents, the rent is always on time, property is maintained.

As an overseas landlord, finding the right property management company was very important for us. Having worked with larger property management companies in the past, we learned the hard way that bigger doesn’t necessary mean better.
We were looking for a management company that would handle all aspects of the property so we could enjoy the returns of our investment carefree knowing we had someone watching over it locally and that treated it like their own. That’s when we found the team at PropertyLink and we are so grateful we did. They are quick to respond to all my inquiries even if it’s after normal business hours for them and keep me updated on the the status of the tenancy and other items they recommend which always line up with the actions we would have likely taken. Flat wasn't as described, with there being no internet access when Wi-Fi internet was listed as a feature in renting the property.
Bathroom was in poor condition, after only 2-3 months of staying in the flat, one of the taps had come loose causing water to flow uncontrollably.
TWO of the four hobs on the oven-top were not functional.
Not just this, but staff members aggressively shouted down the phone to my girlfriend causing her unneeded distress and reduced her to tears when she was ordered to rush through conversing with me about the deposit and paying it as quick as possible.
Would NOT recommend, unless you want a temperamental flat with FOUL customer service.
