We cannot fault the service, value for money and attention to detail provided by the team at Abbott and Abbott in the sale of our parents property. Michael, Mark and the rest of the team went above and beyond what you would expect of an Estate Agency. They may be a small agency compared to some of the other agencies in the Bexhill area, but their service to their clients is second to none. If we could have awarded six out of five we would have. Could not recommend them more highly. If we lived in the Bexhill area, we would be shouting their excellence from the rooftops. Keep up the good work.

Completely surpassed my expectations. They were efficient, communicated well, had the key and showed prospective buyers around.
After the house went under offer they checked up and down the chain every few days and kept us informed of what was going on. This was so reassuring and helpful in managing our expectations. We moved out early so on the morning of completion they went in, read our meters, and sent all the readings through to us. Thank you to Michael & to Mark for ensuring our sale went through so smoothly.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I cannot rate Abbott & Abbott highly enough, where other agents have failed they succeeded and all with a smile. Our sale was difficult at times but Mike held it together and couldn't have been more helpful. I can see why this firm has been in business for so long and I hope to deal with Abbott & Abbott again in the future. Keep up the good work!

VERY POOR SERVICE CANT I GIVE NO STARS?? Michael is the worst estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I won’t go into details here about why I feel that way! If he searches his consciousness (if he has one) he may be able to work out who this is??! I look forward to hearing from him if he ever does!!! The man is everything that is wrong with estate agents!! Such a shame as I thought Abbott and Abbott would be good guys in the minefield that is estate agency!

Professional and invaluable advice was given at valuation, yet there was never any pressure to market with them!
Feedback followed viewings and the property quickly sold.
All phone calls and emails were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner, and as sale progressed, the regular phone calls with updates were very reassuring.
