Lisa Curley our estate agent had brilliant communication skills and kept us up to date with detailed outcome of each viewing. Given the difficult market conditions she regularly suggested ways to improve layout etc. Lisa gave exceptional service.

My previous experience was agents who said whatever they could to get your business, provided no feedback and we were on the market for months.
Guild House were different from day 1 with down to earth advice and a realistic valuation. We sold within a week. Since selling it’s been harder to get a response but it’s the busiest time of the year. I never feel like I’m being lied to and they have been the best agent I’ve encountered by far
