Thankyou Team Nandez you were truly amazing. After arriving at Chalet Etoile everyone was keen to ski. Unfortunately after 2 days skiing we were put into a 7 day quarantine by the Swiss Government.We could not have done this without the whole team. From the lovely message in the snow outside our chalet , messages on the lids of our delivered food, all the shopping, answering our requests in whats’s app within minutes,delivering us a much needed goody bag with champagne on Christmas Day and then the icing on the cake...... finding our teenage boys a PS4 . That was definitely a lifeline for our 16 year old and 19 year old who were truly losing the will to continue in isolation. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. After our quarantine was finished we had the most amazing time skiing with so much snow, it was definitely worth the wait. We were all very sad when we left as we as we felt like part of the fixtures and fittings. We bailed out after several unfortunate experiences. The management were far from efficient, and quite a few of the properties were sub standard, leased rather than owned and the concierges poor. They have purchased some properties in now rather dangerous locations like Morocco and fTurkey. I would advise anyone thinking to beware.... Read more
