Joanne and Donna have been truly outstanding throughout my sale. I can’t thank either of them enough for the work they have put in. They’ve shouldered every bit of emotion and supported me beyond belief - I’m not sure this sale would have completed without them.

Richard Kendall helped us sell our home. Shireen and Catherine went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through when it did. The communication was fantastic and they really pushed it through on our behalf. We honestly do not think we would have completed on the sale and purchase of our new property when we did if it wasn’t for Shireen and Catherine helping to get it all through. Initially when looking for an estate agent we had considered using an online one however we know now that would have been a massive mistake, it’s a guarantee they wouldn’t put in the effort and commitment we got from Richard Kendall. We managed to get into our new house 5 weeks before our baby is due. We will forever be grateful to Shireen and Catherine for getting us here just in time!

To say we hated the process of selling our lovely (but now too small) home was an understatement! However, if like us you don’t relish the process we highly recommend Richard Kendall’s. Roger came out to value our home and talk us through the process, he was so friendly and professional, a real pleasure to talk to. Once we agreed to list the property a photographer came out to take the pictures and we wish we could remember his name because he was absolutely amazing! So friendly and really talked us through the process, we must have had a hundred questions. At this point things were handed over to Joanne and Donna to deal with the sale. We would highly recommend that everyone requests them to handle their sale!! They were fantastic from start to finish and handled our sale perfectly!! We couldn’t have done it without their advice, guidance and on hand support! Thank you so much Donna and Joanne thanks to you we are all sat happily in our beautiful new family home a lot less stressed than we could have been!
