I was a tenant and gave notice to leave the property by email. I had no response and over the course of the next few days emailed them several times and called them to make sure my notice had gone through as I had to finalise a moving day into a new home. This was very stressful. I eventually got through to someone who knew my details and she sniggered and she said you're the one who keeps emailing us. They also tried to get money out of me for decorating costs when the house was in dire need of updating the day I moved in.

Great service!! Shireen and Catherine were brilliant and very supportive during what can be a very stressful time. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly and always working hard to ensure our house sale and move went as smoothly as it could. I cannot praise them enough.
