Absolutely useless. Left me for 11 months with a broken grill, fixed 4 weeks before I moved out. I had a mould problem which took 3 months to address and nothing was done about it other than I was told to stop drying my laundry and stop breathing so much. They ignored my emails for up to 6 weeks at a time and ignored half of the content in my emails when I did eventually get a reply. Started off as Remax, turned into Wallace Properties, and ended up as Halo Homes. I was unable to get a contact number for Will or his team for months, due to there being no such company as the one I was informed they were working under. Happy enough to help the landlord try and charge me over £400 in cleaning and damage after I moved out, even though the majority of what they were referring to was caused by the issues I raised and they ignored, and the property was left in massively improved state of cleanliness from when i first moved in and had to spend 6 hours deep cleaning a 1 bedroom flat. I have tried to contact them throughout the last 18 months on numerous occasions with little to no response, and they are quite happy to let landlords try and bully you. Avoid them at all costs, if you can ever get a response.... Read more

Graham and Will at Halo Homes sold our house for us earlier in the year and the service was second to none. Their service is affordable, personable, and great value compared to what other agents are offering. Graham arranged and undertook all of the viewings which enabled us to get on with other commitments and to remain stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, and support was always there throughout the whole selling process, just a phone call away. I can't recommend Halo Homes enough for their outstanding service. They are a head and shoulders above other agents. We even received a lovely gift bag from them when we moved to our new house, and mail was handed in to us by Graham from our previous house!
