Jamie Allen was an absolute pleasure to deal with as an agent. Even though we found a property elsewhere, he exhibited a great knowledge of the properties we viewed with him and made the whole viewing experience joyful and easy going.

Dealt with Jamie Allen on a house purchase who was exceptionally good. The usual estate agent pushy tactics weren't used as Jamie really understands what people want and need. I've dealt with a lot of agents in the past, and feel Jamie is absolutely the best in class.

Will not be instructing again. Estate agents fees were increased significantly (was written in the contractual small print) compared to what was initially agreed. Despite explaining my concerns, they did not have the decency to honour what was agreed verbally. Deception will ultimately lead to failure! You’ve lost all future business from me.

Jamie confirmed by phone and by email a viewing at our house at 12:30, Sept 30, 2023. As we do not live at the property, I drove there, making sure to arrive well before the appointed time to open up etc. Neither Jamie nor his viewers had shown up by 1 p.m. I phoned his office and the call was diverted to what was obviously an answering service. The lady who took the call was helpful; asking me to hold while she tried to get in touch with Jamie on another line. She was unsuccessful. I left the property at 1:15, and had no contact all all from Jamie or anyone in the office through the remainder of the day. The viewing would have been the first with Jamie if he had shown up. There is no need for him to contact me to request further viewings as any such requests by him will not be granted.

Very impressed by the professionalism and service of Martyn Gerrard in Barnet. Bruvis and his team were very quick to respond when needed. They were honest about the market and the desirability of our house which is what you need when selling. I always felt like they were being genuine and that they enjoyed working together. It is obvious when a team is well managed and this was clear from the beginning.
The viewings and negotiations were conducted by Umit and Jamie. Both were very professional and eager to make our move happen.
The photos and videos of the house made the house attractive to buyers online. We had a lot of viewings from beginning to end. I assume they have an impressive data base of people searching the area for their new property.
