Excellent! Sophie in particular is outstanding - a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. She communicated excellently with us and looked after our house as if it were her own when showing prospective buyers around. Austin was also very good, especially at crunch time when it came to exchange, stepping in and solving a difficult situation to do with our purchase, which actually wasn't his part of the chain. Highly recommended.
